Six weeks ago, I made one of the biggest decisions of my Web3 journey.
I enrolled with @AnalyticSages to become a blockchain data analyst and researcher.
This isn’t one of those posts filled with glow-ups and shiny highlights.
I won’t sugarcoat it.
This has been the hardest thing I’ve done since leaving university in 2014.
I thought English would be the only language I’d ever worry about in terms of syntax and etymology.
Little did I know SQL had other plans for me — plans that almost drove me crazy 😂.
But somewhere along the way, through resilience and determination, I started falling in love with the process.
What felt impossible at the beginning slowly became clearer.
I found myself querying blockchain databases, extracting insights, and even building dashboards.
It’s been an intense but rewarding journey, and I’m grateful for the lessons along the way.
Today, I reached an important milestone.
For my capstone project, I published my first on-chain research report on Medium titled:
“Balancer Analytics Report: Insights into On-Chain User Behavior.”
In the report, I analyzed user behavior and pool preferences within @Balancer, focusing on how users interact with its multi-token liquidity pools with customizable weights.
Big thanks to Analytic Sage for creating an environment with exceptional teachers who make complex things easier to understand.
And if you made it this far, here’s something I want you to remember:
Fear will stop you faster than failure ever will.
Start the journey.
Figure things out along the way.

your contributions to a crypto community can go beyond the number of tokens you hold.
think about people who spend months answering questions, helping newcomers and keeping discussions active.
they might not be the biggest holders, but they're still contributing to the ecosystem.
this is why @VelixoMarket's approach to its upcoming $VLX airdrop is worth discussing.
alongside Dino holders and Robinhood Chain NFT traders, the team has included Discord roles and engagement points among its eligibility categories.
and according to their latest update, snapshots for those Discord categories have already been taken.
the final eligibility details are still coming, so there's more to learn about how these contributions will be recognized.
gm and happy friday frens
the next big NFT marketplace might win users by making trading easier rather than launching another collection.
because collectors already have plenty of NFTs to choose from.
what they also need are useful ways to discover collections, compare prices, make offers and manage their assets.
that's the direction @VelixoMarket is exploring.
they started with NFT trading on Fogo and have now expanded to Robinhood Chain.
on Fogo, they've built collection analytics, rarity tools, an activity feed and optional gas-sponsored trading sessions.
on Robinhood Chain, users can buy, list, make offers and even gift NFTs directly to another wallet.
there are also plans to expand to more EVM networks.
the real test will be whether collectors find these tools useful enough to keep coming back.

4 million wash-trading transactions were identified by researchers from EPFL, ETH Zurich and Carnegie Mellon in their analysis of Pump(.)fun activity.
That's roughly 17% of all transactions examined.
It raises an important question: how do you reward genuine onchain activity instead of manufactured volume?
This is one detail that makes @zerufinance's zETH approach interesting.
According to Zeru's reward rules, wash trades score zero. Lending vault movements and activity on other chains are also excluded.
The goal is to reward qualifying Ethereum activity, not simply wallets generating more transactions.
It's a useful approach to building a fairer activity-based reward system.
Looking forward to seeing how the zETH race develops.

It’s a new season for creators and @rarelistio is making that possible.

We've spent a lot of time lately rethinking and improving how content is scored on Rarelist.
The next wave of campaigns is already lined up, waiting for creators. All of them will launch with our upgraded scoring algorithms.
And that's not all.
We're also working on entirely new ways to participate and earn on Rarelist. Some you won't even see coming.
Our goal is simple: give everyone a chance to earn. Yes, literally everyone.

Europe’s banks, funds and treasuries are deciding how much capital to move onchain, and London is where a lot of those decisions get made.
The team will be on the ground at @blockworksDAS London next week, 10 to 11 November.
On the agenda: Meetings with allocators, treasuries, and exchanges putting capital into onchain credit.
Dead body go surplus!
i can bet you’ve sworn for quite a few web3 projects and their teams.
truth is, you’re not alone in this one😂
you spent weeks talking about a project, creating educational content, and introducing new people to its ecosystem.
the project grows, but when it’s time to get rewarded, you get ghosted by the team.
truly, dead body suppose surplus 😅
unfortunately, this isn’t an unfamiliar experience for many web3 creators.
we’ve seen creators spend hours researching projects, writing threads, making videos, and educating communities.
some do it for promised rewards,
others do it because they genuinely believe in what they’re building.
but here’s the problem:
there’s often no reliable system connecting the value creators contribute with the rewards they receive.
sometimes, rewards depend on a team’s discretion.
other times, campaigns end without clear communication about who qualifies or when rewards will be distributed.
and for creators, this creates uncertainty.
this is one of the challenges platforms like @rarelistio are exploring:
creating a structured environment where creators contribute to Web3 projects and earn recognition through campaigns.
but how exactly does @rarelistio approach this?
that’s what we’ll unpack in the next post.
stick around for more 🫱🏽🫲🏾
The question on many people’s lips right now is:
Is Kaito really back?
Over the years, we’ve seen different platforms emerge, rewarding users for creating visibility and attention for Web3 projects.
SocialFi. InfoFi. And several other narratives.
But honestly, most creators aren’t particularly concerned about the narrative.
We care about one thing: Does the platform genuinely recognise and reward the effort we put into creating value?
As someone who has earned from different narratives, I’ve learned to pay attention to platforms exploring new ways to reward creators.
That brings me to @rarelistio.
Over the next 14 days, I’ll be breaking down what Rarelist is, what they’re building, how their ecosystem works, and what creators need to know.
If you’re new to Rarelist, this series is for you.

539 wallets are now part of the $zETH activity race, and the leaderboard is beginning to show how participants are positioned.
What I find interesting is that this goes beyond simply counting who generates the most activity.
Zeru connects Ethereum onchain activity to two outcomes: a wallet’s position on the miner leaderboard and the amount of $zETH supply burned.
That raises an important question about how Ethereum history is being evaluated.
Does a wallet with years of consistent activity have an advantage over one with a shorter period of concentrated activity?
Do different types of onchain interactions carry different weight?
Zeru’s broader ActivityFi model focuses on the quality and consistency of wallet behaviour, not just raw volume. But the exact scoring weights are still worth watching as the race develops.
For me, understanding what drives the rankings is just as important as knowing who's currently at the top.
That’s what I'll be following as the $zETH activity race continues.

Happy new week and month, legends!
Want to get more done this week?
Start with a plan.
Here’s what I’d recommend:
• Write down your goals: I’d recommend using sticky notes to keep them visible and serve as a constant reminder; they’re super effective
• Keep your goals simple and progressive: Break bigger goals into smaller, manageable tasks, ensuring each task contributes to the next.
• Set a timeframe for each task: Give yourself a deadline to stay focused and avoid spending too much time on one thing.
• Don’t wait until the weekend to evaluate your progress: Review what you’ve accomplished at the end of each day, then assess your overall performance at the end of the week.
• Set a reward for a successful week: A reward system can help reinforce positive habits and keep you motivated.
Having a productive week won’t happen by chance, trust me.
It starts with a plan, consistent execution, and regular evaluation.
If you’re building in Web3 and need a project manager who can help you manage the process, understand the data, and tell your project’s story, let’s connect.
Think of me as your three-in-one: PM, data researcher, and content marketer. 🤝🏽
Have a productive week!

I’m curious 🧐
how do you manage your tasks to achieve your weekly goals?
it’s Thursday already and the week is about to end.
do you wing it, or you set a strict plan?
also, which task management apps do you use?
kindly share your thoughts in the comments.

I’ve been monitoring a few tokens, and here’s one on my watchlist.
@Lombard_Finance’s token, $BARD has bottomed at $0.1006, and currently trading at $0.1071.
If you yapped about the project during Kaito season, you’d know how grounded the team is. Plus, they’re still shipping.
Not financial advice, but I thought I’d share my watchlist.
