Update: as of 2pm, Florida has crossed 7M ballots cast (final was 11M in 2024, 7.8M in 2022). Registered Ds are at 71% of their 2024 total turnout, Rs at 63%, NPA/others at 56%.
Overall turnout is R+7.1 pts (2024 final was R+11.1 pts). Modest but clear Dem enthusiasm advantage.

I've spoken with Mayor Doug Lawson of Riviera Beach this morning. Palm Beach County has an active emergency with Riviera Beach and surrounding communities experiencing severe flooding, displaced families, impassable roads, and significant impacts to critical infrastructure.
Governor DeSantis has rightly declared a state of emergency in seven Florida counties. I encourage the Governor to include Palm Beach County as well.

If there isn’t a massive advantage of Election Day voters for Florida Republicans, we could see one of the most shocking collection of upsets in the country.

I remember in 2012 when the Miami Herald published a front page story saying Romney was wining Florida by 7! The results show an 8-point error on their part.
