I hope all the "NYC is gone and it's never coming back" losers from the COVID times are scrolling their timelines and realizing just how wrong they were tonight.
City has its flaws. For sure. I'm still taking it over any other in the world without thinking twice.

What’s the point of living in NYC if all you do is rot in your apartment, instead of going out and building your network?

Most people talking about New York City aren’t actually walking NYC.
I’m born and raised here, and today I walked over 25,000 steps through Lower Manhattan. Brookfield Place, the Oculus, Battery Park, Financial District, World Trade Center, West Side Highway. I even took the subway because I wanted to see what’s really happening on the ground. First time in a couple of decades.
And honestly?
NYC felt safe. Clean. Busy. Alive. Almost Disneyland-ish again, like the Bloomberg era.
This is not the de Blasio era people still have stuck in their heads.
I’ve said before that if Mamdani wins, the first four years will probably be very bullish for NYC because that entire movement knows it cannot afford to fail publicly. Adams also deserves credit because the city did get safer coming out of the chaos.
The crowd rushing in and pushing rents to new all time highs is a movement.
We might not agree, but they are absolutely doing great.
Maybe it starts failing in 4 years, but right now, New York is pumping.
Real estate booming. Restaurants packed. Businesses overloaded with work. Gorgeous people everywhere. Energy everywhere. Everybody I know here with a legitimate business is busy and turning down jobs because demand is so strong.
You can trust propaganda if you want. I trust my eyes and the miles I walk.
What we do need is pressure and accountability so the city keeps improving and never slides backward again. Keep chimping out.
But if you actually walk New York City instead of consuming narratives online, you can feel it immediately.
New York City is back.

The older you get, the more you realize luck is just exposure.
If you sit in the same chair, same routine, talking to same people… nothing new happens.
You have to touch the world to win.
• Talk to strangers
• try a new coffee spot
• post on social
• Start a side hustle
The world rewards motion.
You don’t find opportunity sitting still.
You bump into it.

Life is basically one big sales job.
Cold approaching a girl? Sales.
Dating apps? Competing against 1,000 other guys by selling yourself
Job interview? Selling why you deserve the salary.
Asking for a raise? Selling your value.
Trying to make friends in a new city? Selling your vibe.
The people who say “I hate sales” are usually just terrible at it.
If you can’t sell… you’re going to struggle in almost every area of life
If you bought one acre of land in lower Manhattan back in 1687 for $0.10, it would be worth over $300 million now
But most people don't want to "waste time" getting rich slow

One of my dreams in life is to one day visit Iran and freely sit in coffee shops and restaurants among its wonderful citizens.
Some of the best people I’ve ever met are originally from Iran. Or their parents grew up there.
Sending love to those who clearly stand for good.

We’ve been living in NYC for over four years now.
I don’t like that I haven’t felt the sun on my face since October and won’t for months more.
I don’t like that, at least once a day, I walk past someone who isn’t all there, and for a few seconds there exists a slight possibility in my mind that they will confront me.
It happened once on the subway. The guy started violently waving a metal baton in the air as we all scrambled to the next car in a panic.
I don’t like that my son watches as the person in front of us jumps over the subway turnstile and doesn’t pay, with no consequences.
I don’t like the random extra income tax you pay on top of federal and state.
So many things do suck here.
Why stay, then?
I like that I’m surrounded on all sides by people who are living their dreams.
I like that my kids have access to some of the best schools in the world.
I like that we are blocks away from some of the best food in the world.
I like that the doctors here are some of the best in the world.
I like that we can walk anywhere we want: dentist, coffee, haircut - just walk out the door and you’re there in a minute.
I like that everyone comes through here, so we see distant friends constantly.
I like that my kids have countless playdate options all around us.
I love that my kids’ hangout spots are the Met and the Museum of Natural History.
I love the access to world-class sports entertainment.
I like how fascinating the people I meet on a daily basis are.
I love how friendly the people of New York City are. Never expected it - the community is as warm as you can imagine.
I like how fired up I’m going to feel tomorrow morning as we embark on another year of endless possibilities.
Crazy things are going to happen this year that wouldn’t be possible anywhere else - and the best part is I don’t even know what they will be yet.
Yes, there’s a price to being here.
Yes, there are things that totally suck.
But despite all the nonsense and everything you can point to that’s terrible, there’s a reason people who can choose to live anywhere still choose New York City.

People are surprised that Zohran won, but he is probably the most Trump-like candidate the Dems have had for some time
> Both unconventional candidates. Trump was a billionaire TV entertainer with no political experience. Zohan was a muslim socialist. Their background diverges away from what is "politically correct" for a candidate
> Poor understanding of economics. Both candidates dont understand economic reality (Trump with tariffs, Zohran with state run supermarkets)
> Cult personalities and followings. Both candidates equally have a loyal base that caters to a specific demographics. A common thing you will see is that people either love him or hate him, for BOTH candidates. No in between
> Most importantly, flawless execution of viral messaging through social media. Both candidates were running against opponents with much larger pockets and funding (Kamala, Cuomo). They relied on social media and focused on spreading viral messages. Neither ever moved off topic from what their core base wanted to hear
This is not a sign that socialism works. This election (and the national election) is a sign that viral social media marketing works. This is the new future

SERIOUS ADVICE - BE A RETARD
people with less IQ tend to make more money as they do not overthink every single move in the markets
people with higher IQ tend to think about the possible consequences too much as they are afraid to press the gas both ways when needed

A daily lymphatic massage can be life changing.
Think of the lymphatic system as your body's sewage system. Its job is to rid the body of waste and toxins through a clear fluid called lymph, which travels through vessels and nodes all over the body. Its an incredible mechanism.
But the catch is that the lymphatic system does not have its own pump, which means that it needs to be pumped manually to get the lymph flowing.
Because of this, majority of people's lymphatic systems are stagnant, causing an accumulation of toxins, waste, and fluid in their tissues.
This accumulation leads to chronic fatigue, brain fog, bloating, water retention, swollen lymph nodes, poor immune function, frequent colds, infections, cellulite, inflammation, etc.
When the lymphatic system is flowing properly, one experiences increased energy, mental clarity, reduced bloating and puffiness, reduced water retention, clear glowing skin, strong immune system, fewer colds and infections, faster recovery, lower inflammation, improved digestion, improved detoxification, smoother skin, balanced hormones, overall feeling of lightness.
The benefits are truly endless...
The good news is that you can get your entire lymphatic system flowing in under 5 mins with the big 6 lymphatic massage method created by Dr. Perry Nickelston
Do this daily and you will feel a major difference in your health.
