“LLMs are useful tools in the hands of skilled professionals, but for others, they're often just a Dunning-Kruger accelerator.”
I'll be the first to admit I'm mediocre at exploit development, but I am in contact with enough extremely talented exploit developers to say this for certain:
Anyone claiming they were "easily" able to generate a working php2shell exploit with AI is either:
a) a world-class exploit developer with an extreme case of imposter syndrome.
b) currently looking at some very confident-sounding but wrong LLM output.
I'm rather certain it's the latter based on the number of AI-hallucinated exploits I've seen posted on GitHub. Threat actors are also blasting my honeypot network with "php2shell" exploits that not only don't work, but aren't even within 10,000 miles of anything to do with how the exploit actually works.
I've seen the same technique from the attached image in multiple alleged "php2shell exploits", including one on GitHub with over 100 stars. Problem is, it's not php2shell, nor is it even a vulnerability at all. It's a technique known as "session poisoning", which can be leveraged to exploit local file inclusion (LFI) vulnerabilities in PHP apps (not PHP itself).
The only thing it has in common with CVE-2026-109618/CVE-2026-109619 is they both use the "PHP_SESSION_UPLOAD_PROGRESS" feature. And mitigation advice for both issues reference setting "session.upload_progress.enabled" to "Off".
People are shoving loose details of the vulnerability into LLMs, the LLMs are keying in on the "PHP_SESSION_UPLOAD_PROGRESS" string, then generating session poisoning code that has nothing to do with the actual CVE. And because the people doing this have absolutely no idea what they're doing, they're confident enough to post their "proof of concept exploit" to GitHub and share it on social media.
So if you see people talking about "session poisoning + LFI" it's likely their LLM hallucinated an exploit based on a 2018 blog by Orange Tsai talking about a local file inclusion attack vector.
What's even worse is that "security researchers" are then using LLMs to triage these exploitation attempts, falling victim to the same hallucinations, then confirming there is ongoing mass-exploitation (there currently isn't).
The actual real exploit is very difficult to exploit, and so far I've not seen anyone successfully get it working on more than a handful of PHP version with highly-specific configurations.
LLMs are useful tools in the hands of skilled professionals, but for others, they're often just a Dunning-Kruger accelerator.

Just two of a multitude of bald-faced lies. So forgive me if I laughed when she told Fielder she’d never once lied in her life. Or if I didn’t believe her for a second when she claimed the NYT quote was inaccurate.
Around 02:50, she claims they hadn’t used the Edison in years — total lie — and then at 03:20 comes the whopper: she claims they weren’t using commercial analyzers for fingerstick tests when in fact they were secretly using Siemens machines. youtu.be/MBs-oj7U-bo?is=9hLS…

sorry if Maher is your idea of "intellectually simulating" & curious wondering where you live.

Also, Joyce, with all due respect, it’s a very intellectually stimulating show. Not too many of those out there.

You’d think at least some right wing men would become sympathetic towards hormonal changes wrecking your mental state considering how many take TRT now. Nothing more eye opening than realizing just how much a tiny shift in your sex hormones affect your personhood and temperament.

Abusers can get away with almost everything in society but every now and then there will be one who is like astoundingly fucking stupid
Tapper: Now, your ex-wife stated to police that your child told her… “daddy kill you”
Max Miller: I wish you could talk to my beautiful baby girl. She can't string together sentences like that
Tapper: But didn't you just tell me that she had said that she was scared to go to mommy's house. But now you're saying that she's not capable of saying, daddy kill you?

Matt Walsh, and many like him, have the sole occupation of spreading rage. It’s how he feeds his family. He wants you locked in a rage spiral so that he can make money. He is occupationally incapable of not melting down. Once you realize it, it explains everything that he does.

I at least got to live for 40 years in a country that looks and functions something like America. The fact that my children are having that opportunity stolen from them fills me with rage so deep I can’t describe it. I truly hate the people who have done this to us.

Sounds like you and your wife are morons
This anchor baby thing feels pretty personal for me.
When my wife got pregnant the first time, I was already working for US-based media/company, and we seriously considered doing the anchor baby thing.
The reason we didn’t, ultimately, was moral: I just didn’t want to break the laws of a country I admired and loved.
This is why I’m so radicalized on illegal immigration: by definition ~anyone who chooses to do immigrate illegally is someone who’s not a good addition to a nation because they don’t have a mindset that values abiding by laws and norms.
It’s literally a test that selects *against* being a good future member of a society.
