Took way longer than I thought (2 years) but we finally did it!!!
Learn the basics of game development using JavaScript while building a breakout clone with the ability to add custom levels using pixel art!

@danfletcherdev we're finally live 🎉 We've created a course to guide you through creating breakout from scratch using JavaScript. It's our first, be gentle 🙏 #gamedev udemy.com/course/javascript-…
Been practicing my ollie a lot lately and I'm pretty proud of the form during the take-off for this one :D
Getting back into skateboarding at 33 has been tough lol
What skills do you work on outside of being a developer?
Right now I'm working on the skill of painting parking lots with my shins (some call this skateboarding 🛹)
Life has been so hectic for me lately 😓
Our move was a disaster but we're finally in the new house and slowly settling in
Loving the view from our front window in the morning!
Thank you so much to everyone who supported me after being laid off from my last job!
I'm happy to share that I landed on my feet and I'll be starting a new role at @Honorlock next week as a software engineer!!
World class customer service right here 🙄
Hey @Apple, public shaming time.
I ordered a MBP as a Guest; when I went to link it to my Apple ID you created another unverified, inaccessible account with my Apple ID email. After several hours of being bounced around Apple support I was told that I would need to return it. WTF

One key thing I've learned about habit building is that following the routine is more important than knocking it out of the park each time. Even a horrible, short workout when you're feeling off is worth it... if only because you don't break the pattern.
First sleep with a CPAP in my own home and not in a lab
My nose is pretty swollen and sore, and I woke up about 100 times through the night but I have to say it was still the best sleep I've had in almost 2 years
Also first time I woke up without a headache in months ☺️
Struggling with my fatigue from the apnea more than ever lately
The timing of trying to sell our home, while knowing I need CPAP therapy but haven't started, losing my job while in the middle of figuring out where to live next, trying to be there for our kids... So stressed rn!
Canadian healthcare is being rushed to the hospital for a "cardiac episode" then spending 6 months investigating sleep apnea to find out you do in fact have severe OSA, which can cause heart attacks, to find out you still have to wait 6 weeks for a prescription before CPAP...
Every few months or so I make sure my resume is up to date regardless of being employed or not
You'll really thank yourself when you find yourself unemployed and can start slinging resumes out on day 1
I just sent an application to @laracasts
Wish me luck 🤞

You're tired of AI tweets. I am, too. But it really is amazing that we all inherited a free (or nearly free) personal virtual assistant.
As a very small business owner, things like this save *so* much time.
