In many ways, the #KC #BBQbible was a decade of experience, and then a near year of work to compile. I greatly appreciate @kansascitymag shining a light on the most complete guide to Kansas City #BBQ in existence!

Imagine paying an airline, let’s call them @Delta, to fly you someplace & then they don’t get you there.
And beyond refusing to reimburse you for the additional travel expenses - they don’t even feel a need to refund for the undelivered flight.
Delta’s lost a customer for life.
While I’m glad my team won, @TheMIAA officials lost control of the UCM vs. UCO game.
The behavior and antics of @AdamDorrel were inexcusable. Either the conference or @ucobronchofb needs to take action.
Some might even suggest starting with a breathalyzer.
First things first, incredible win by the @UCMFootballTeam tonight! A thrilling 33-31 victory over a very good UCO team to put the Mules in the drivers seat! #SnoutsOut
I miss when @Delta was the gold standard for customer service, especially among airlines.
On September 2, I had a flight from Kansas City to Asheville and Delta failed to get me to Asheville. And over the past 2 weeks have taken zero responsibility for it.
More below… 👇
I did all this at the insistence of @Delta gate employees in KC and ATL who assured me that I would have no issue being reimbursed for the expense. They told me it was the right move.

So that’s what I did. I turned my rental into a one-way which nearly doubled my rental fees, plus added the cost of gas. All in all, I spent nearly $500 more to get to Asheville since @Delta couldn’t get me there.

When I returned home, I applied for reimbursement. I was turned down without 24 hours. When I reapplied, I was ignored.
Then I applied for refund of the undelivered flight. @Delta finally let me know they would refund a paltry $52 to a credit card that isn’t mine.

WELCOME BACK HITMAN! #skol
Back for more: #Vikings legend Harrison Smith is returning to Minnesota for a 15th season, per me and @MikeGarafolo, getting a 1-year deal worth $12.25M.
The 6-time Pro Bowler & former All-Pro has a max value of $16.25M with playoff incentives in a deal done by @AthletesFirst.
It’s not too late for @UCentralMo to change the homecoming theme to “A Mule Never Forgets”.

This Belgian kit feels like an homage to Delerium Tremens, and if that’s the case? I approve.
That said, GO USA! 🇺🇸

I never knew Switzerland would give the USA a better gift than France did in 1876, but here we are!
