Are u in council tax band A-D? U were entitled to a £150 cost of living rebate earlier this year. It was automatic if u pay council tax by direct debit. Others had to claim.

@MartinSLewis Need some advice on if we entitled to our holiday deposit back from @TheFlightCentre which they have had since January 2020 for a holiday that was cancelled due to Covid restrictions. They are refusing saying they gave us a deposit voucher as a goodwill gesture....
