I said:
✅ Put more into demand gen
✅ Hire a video editor

Agencies can help (I run one), but early on - traction > retainer.
Why did I start @CommonstateAr?
After working at three marketing agencies earlier in my career, I couldn’t shake the thought: “What if I launched one of my own?”
