ఏటీయమ్ లలో కేవలం 500 నోట్లు మాత్రమే ఉంటాయి. అవి కూడా నెలలో 5 సార్లు మాత్రమే విత్ డ్రా చేయగలం. ఆ విత్ డ్రా చేసిన 500 కి బైట ఎక్కడా చిల్లర దొరకదు. ఒక్కో ట్రాన్సాక్షన్ కంప్లీట్ చేయడానికి ఒక్కోసారి అరగంట కూడా సరిపోదు. బ్యాంకుల్లో కూడా వేరే డినామినేషన్ ఏమీ అవైలబుల్ లేవు. నేను దాదాపు ప్రతీనెలా కావాలని నా బ్రాంచ్ కి వెళ్ళి చిల్లర నోట్లు అడుగుతూనే ఉన్నాను. రెండు నెలల క్రితం 50/- కట్ట ఒకటి, 1/- నాణాల సంచీ (25 కవర్లు X 100) ఒకటి తెచ్చుకుని చాలా జాగ్రత్తగా వాడుకుంటున్నాము.

అటు అమ్మా పెట్టా పెట్టదు, అడుక్కుతినానివ్వదు అనీ, అటు క్యాష్ దొరకనివ్వకుండా, ఇటు యూపీఐ మీద కూడా ఛార్జెస్ అంటే, అంతకంటే దరిద్రం మరొకటి లేదు. దొరికిందే తడవుగా, ఈ నిబంధన వర్తించని వ్యాపారస్తులు కూడా యూపీఐ చేసే ప్రతీచోటా ఇంక ఛార్జీలు వసూలు చేయడం మొదలుపెడతారు. ఎలాంటి నియంత్రణా ఉండదు. ఇష్టమైతే కొనుక్కోండి, కష్టమైతే మానేయండి ధోరణితోనే ప్రతీ వ్యాపారస్తుడూ ఉండేది.

2. Any citizen wants to pay can pay upon their choice , if the police wants to take an action then due process (court notice, etc.) must be provided
3. Snatching of keys, or any other coercive steps cannot be taken by the police over pending challans
