NEW: Chicago Teachers Union political director Hilario Dominguez is running for school board president.
Heâs already under fire over allegations of discrimination and sexual harassment.

In November 2021, a fellow employee accused DomĂnguez of discrimination and sexual harassment, according to records obtained by the Tribune through a Freedom of Information Act request.
Records show the employee said DomĂnguez repeatedly made a Nazi salute and called them âHitlerâ in front of students. According to records, when the employee asked him to stop, they said he responded, âWhat? You think any of these (expletive) kids know history?â
DomĂnguez had also questioned the employee about their sexual orientation, the employee alleged. The employee was interviewed by a district investigator but ultimately withdrew the complaint, records show.
DomĂnguez was never disciplined.
NEW: The Chicago Teachers Union wants to hike dues by $8.5M â forcing teachers to pay up to $800 more/year.
The first goal, according to the unionâs own documents: buy a majority of Chicago school board seats this November.
Even worse: Theyâre sneaking in a constitutional change to block members from suing the union over violations of their rights.

I can simplify:
1. Have a general diagnosis
2. Maybe find what makes that sensitive (nociplastic pain, psychosocial factors, too much too soon etc).
Then calm shit down and build shit back up with a number of options that are tailored to the person in pain.
