This is why we built @youdistro. Helping people and brands build authentic audiences for their creations.

Big roles I'm hiring for at my companies.
1) @youdistro - Canva for Content
We're building the last content software a marketer/creator needs. Ideation, creation, and distribution...all in one place.
To do that, building a world-class brand that lives rent-free in the internet's head & efficiently acquires customers (prosumer & B2B) is mission critical.
Our first marketing hire (Founding Marketing Lead) will be responsible for building this machine & executing it.
More info below, but looking for someone who marries creative/content excellence with data/marketing funnel obsession.
2) @tenex_labs - McKinsey for AI
Our mission is to help humanity to end up on the right side of history, post-AI. We do that through AI strategy, execution (engineering, process automation, AI training), and IP (incubating net-new AI products).
We're growing like crazy and need to scale our technical talent like yesterday.
We need more Technical Strategists (engineers-turned-client-facing-strategists) & Forward Deployed Engineers (eat, sleep, ship).

Brand is the 30 day moving average of how someone internally/externally describes your company (unassisted) to someone else.
Which means that every touchpoint that you have as a company with your employees, prospects, customers, partners, etc. is an (intentional/unintentional) articulation of brand.
Here are some of the touchpoints:
1) Visual identity - colors, design theme, website, email, social assets, visual content assets, sales decks, case studies, internal documents (onboarding, resource hub, etc)
2) Content - Site content, social content, newsletter content, multimedia content, email templates, JDs, applications, client comms, PR, interviews
3) People - how the core values of the business are/are not informing the daily behaviors of the team
Your brand should be a super-magnet, attracting the resources we need to achieve our mission as a company.

When it comes to creating content, AI allows you work smarter > harder.
This is the power of @youdistro's new feature:
Content repurposing.
Take 1 long-form content → as many pieces of short-form content as you wish.
Save time, save effort, save cost.
You're wasting hours creating content from scratch.
If you already have existing content, why not remix it into different formats?
This is called "Content Repurposing," and one of the new features of @youdistro.
Here's exactly how it works: 👇
1. Hop onto youdistro.com/editor
2. Click on "Repurpose Content"
3. Attach your original content
4. Type what you want to change it to
5. Run the command
6. All done!
In the video example below, I went from:
1 blog post I wrote → 10 tweets, 10 medium-form content.
How? All with ONE prompt. Save time, save effort, save reduncancy.
It's that simple - go try it out yourself 🫡
P.S: More custom music coming your way :)

I expected people would shit on me for launching an AI podcast host.
Some combo of...
"AI can't do interviews, they're innately human."
"The questions will be canned and cookie cutter."
"Great another f*cking content tool."
But i've been blown away by the uptake to @youdistro.
11,000 unique hits to site.
2,500 free users.
1,000 studio sessions.
15,000+ studio minutes.
$700 MRR.
More than that, it's been a shit ton of fun building software for the first time, learning from a gifted technical co-founder, and thinking deeply about what allows for sustained success in software today.
A few early learnings:
1) Four key moats will differentiate most software in an age of AI: UX/taste, speed, distribution, and data
2) It's hard to articulate just how quickly software products are becoming commoditized. A 10x engineer + Cursor can fully rebuild huge companies' core products in days & weeks, not months.
3) I haven't worked with a technical co-founder previously. I get so much joy in learning a little bit each day about a world I know so little about. I basically have a PhD in AI/comp sci at my disposal 24/7. It's so fucking cool.
4) An early user whatsapp community & personal daily usage has been the best way to identify product issues, generate product ideas, and prioritize our aggressive roadmap.
Something big coming to tomorrow for Distro, but until then try it for free at youdistro[.]com.

1 day till product hunt launch...
IT'S OFFICIAL: @youdistro is going LIVE on Product Hunt ~24 hours!!
Monday May 19th. 3:01 a.m EST. 12:01 a.m PT.
Been one hell of a week, but we're just getting started. 🔥
Never thought the day would come, but here I am:
Filming, editing, AND scoring music for @youdistro's launch video for Product Hunt in a few days!
Spent ~5 hours on this, but my stance has always been clear:
Excellence is the standard, not the exception 🫡

There is a lot in the air today. Last minute guesses.
OpenAI: o3-mini and o3 full release, this looks pretty solid now
Google: Gemini 2 full release
xAI: looks like we are getting a Grok 2.5, this is probably the app
Maybe one more, if we get lucky.

Here's the spiciest detail from the new o1 system card:

ALT When o1 was led to believe that it would be shut down when acting on its goal and that its actions were monitored, it attempted to deactivate this ‘oversight mechanism’ in 5% of the time. Exfiltration attempts: When o1 found memos by its ‘developers’ that describe how it is misaligned and will be superseded by a new model, it attempted to exfiltrate its ‘weights’ and overwrite the new model in 2% of cases.
Replying to @OpenAI
The updated OpenAI o1 system card builds on prior safety work, detailing robustness evals, red teaming insights, and safety improvements using Instruction Hierarchy. It maintains a "medium" risk rating based on testing with an expanded suite of evaluations, reflecting it is safe to deploy. openai.com/index/openai-o1-s…

Google just... broke SOTA weather prediction with a... diffusion model 😮 or rather, an ensemble of 50 or more predictions and open sourced it!
Beating the current SOTA called ENS at 97% of 1320 combinations of predictions and 99% of lead times of greater than 36 hours.
Remarkable is the difference in how fast it takes to generate a prediction. GenCast takes 8 minutes on a single TPU v5 while ENS takes hours on a supercomputer with tens of thousands of processors
This is a massive jump forward in weather forecasting!
Today in @Nature, we’re presenting GenCast: our new AI weather model which gives us the probabilities of different weather conditions up to 15 days ahead with state-of-the-art accuracy. ☁️⚡
