Do you do mocking in your black box tests when you have 3rd party integrations?
I meant to reply on this post: xitter.cf/adamhjk/status/2108339…

Zero mocks, all in on true black box testing - nothing but the deployed thing, and then measuring its output.

How do you handle third-party integrations?

The 200 makes sense here, but should certainly have an error in the body
If the endpoint is working fine and someone just entered wrong credentials then this is the preferred response

Why should a fiscally irresponsible nation state survive in the first place?

Well certainly it offers at least *some* security?

If this is the case, then you just delete the unit test as the unit isn't being refactored, but it is instead being changed entirely
Replying to @sampullara
The problem with not having unit tests is that it's really slow trying to test every permutation of inputs that a particular unit is supposed to handle when you are testing it through the UI. If you find unit tests useless, then they are testing at the wrong level of abstraction

Unemployment at lows and the stock market at highs makes a strong case for a good economy
I’ve already explained this. If you can charge someone more, then you can charge someone else less and move more units and make more money
