SideShift Mobile now speaks 100+ languages.
No matter what language you speak, the app speaks it too.
Open it and it's already in yours. No settings, no switching.

This guy built a $100M creator marketplace with 4 college friends in under 3 years
I sat with him for nearly two hours as he explained how they did it, and we're sharing the full, raw conversation here on X
@ManilowOliver and 4 college friends started SideShift as a local job board that made about $500
No customers, no real users, no product-market fit, just desks in a friend’s apartment kitchen
Today, they’re at 8 figures in ARR, their app hit the top 10 in the App Store, and Sideshift is home for more than 1M creators
Here’s the core of what he taught me:
> influencers rent you their audience. UGC creators post from new accounts, so the same budget buys ~100x the volume
> the creator manager matters more than the creators themselves. Similar creators have been seen to perform 10x apart, and the only change was the manager
> organic content finds the winners, paid ads scale them. When a video hits ~8% engagement, boost it with Spark Ads or Meta partnership ads
We go deep on all of it in this conversation
If you run a consumer app, these are the most useful 83 minutes you’ll spend this year

i generated 250M+ views in 1 month for @WisprFlow’s UGC program
500M+ total program views
here’s exactly how i’d build a viral UGC program in 30 days

Gonna say it again because you guys aren't listening:
Opus 5.5 + Expo + Hard Paywall w/out free trial + Meta Ads + Sideshift + Clipping = $$$$
It could not be easier right now. That's the formula

the best way to sell is to just present as if you're owed that damn check
no matter if the price is 100 bucks or 1M
i've sold both, and the only thing that matters is your conviction in yourself & product / service
read any sales book u want, confidence trumps all
Me vs 99 other founders @stanforcreators
Am I winning 100k??

2 years ago today, I would've been thrilled to hear that one of our users landed a $20/hr job at a bar/restaurant on their college campus
Today, creators on SideShift got paid $1.5m
For context: That's 75,000 hours of bartending (aka 300,000 vodka sodas)
Jobs of the future will look much different then they do today, SideShift is on a mission to accelerate this movement

How to scale creators for "unsexy" products?
@ManilowOliver: "For hard B2B products, it's hard to go the organic virality approach."
"A better route would be influencers that have niche audiences, then getting usage rights and spending a lot on those ads."
"We worked with @cursor_ai, and then they got acquired. So now we work with the @spacexai team, and they're a great team to work with."
"Find a creator that understands the intricacies of the ideal customer, in this case dev tools. Give them a killer brief, give them revisions if needed, and help make a banger video that can also run as an ad."

How someone speaks to customer support is the business equivalent of watching how your date treats the waiter.

1 year since we started managing all our creators on SideShift! SideShift in August 2025 and SideShift in September 2026 are two different SideShifts.
So many things happened during this year. We learned a lot, and the guys from SideShift did so much work! They helped us with different things, and we helped them with some product things. They are a really exceptional team!
We really value working with you guys! And thanks for the gift! We’re gonna prepare smth for you too 😉
