A Warning to the FSB! The events of recent weeks have sharply increased public interest in Black Spark and the number of requests to join the organization. From the perspective of international humanitarian law, the use of child labor in military production is strictly prohibited and may constitute a war crime or a serious international offense, depending on the child’s age and the nature of their use.
