🚨🚨 $ASTS WEEK IN REVIEW🚨🚨
Abel takes the reigns after getting what appears to be government support. It's about to get real. As usual, everything comes together right as the stock capitulates and murders most of the shareholders. We've been here a few times before. The pattern is repeating. That, and more, on this week's Weekly…
Clear Street absolutely eviscerating the $ASTS short thesis.
This is a trillion dollar company in the future.
$ASTS - Clear Street reiterates $115 price target on AST SpaceMobile and maintains buy rating
Key Points:
Full integration costs ~$1.3B. Blacklift would complete AST’s end-to-end model and cut reliance on Falcon 9, with SpaceX (SPCX, Buy) reportedly turning away new bookings beyond 2028 (Bloomberg). The Firefly deal includes ~$800M upfront ($400M cash; 10-14M Class A shares) for a perpetual engine license, $250M for the first three rockets’ engines, and $250M for three years of engineering support. That is ~$900M in cash and ~3% dilution, vs. $3.7B in pro forma 2Q26 cash and restricted cash.
Near-term relief depends on two rockets returning.
ULA’s Vulcan targets a return to flight Friday, November 13, after a nine-month grounding. A successful flight would indirectly help AST by freeing Falcon 9 capacity, though AST has not publicly confirmed Vulcan contracts. A December New Glenn return would restore AST’s high-capacity option at up to eight BlueBirds per launch.
Sovereignty is a growing tailwind.
Vodafone’s (NASDAQ: VOD, NC) Tim Boddy said at Network X in Vienna that the AST venture is a stronger sovereign option than Starlink or Amazon, as its core network and radio infrastructure sit in Europe under the Luxembourg JV deal (Light Reading).
Spectrum is the opportunity the market is missing.
AST’s Ligado agreement gives it 80+years of rights to up to 45 MHz (40 MHz of L-band) for $550M at closing, pending FCC approval. SkyTerra Next would put L-band payloads on 96 AST satellites. Iridium (IRDM, Neutral) opposes, alleging spectrum hoarding; Ligado disputes it. At 45 MHz x 340M POPs x $1.10 per MHz-pop (SpaceX paid ~$1.00 for EchoStar’s 50 MHz, ~$17B), approval implies up to $16.8B in value, vs. an ~$11.7B market cap at $30.
Valuation for: AST SpaceMobile, Inc. (ASTS)
ASTS shares currently trade at ~14x our 2028E and ~6x our 2029E adjusted EBITDA of ~$0.9B and ~$2.1B, at $30. We reiterate our Buy rating and $115 price target, which implies 20x 2029E adjusted EBITDA of ~$2.1B. Our DCF cross-check, which includes spectrum, is $110 per share.
This guys’s whole bear thesis for $ASTS was that they won’t launch their own satellites. And now they will.
Clowns like this love two things:
moving goal posts
and jerking each other off.
The $ASTS bulls assured us that getting partners to fly their satellites was never a problem.
Apparently that was a lie.
Execution risk is real. Developing a new reusable rocket (even with licensed engines) is hard, expensive, and schedule-slipping is common in the industry. Late 2028 is an ambitious target.
More realistic (if it ever happens )is 10 years from now.

Small update. $ASTS
+100 satellites worth of external launches under contract 👏and
+plans for a reusable Falcon 9 size inhouse rocket called Blacklift.🚀
This is the strategy of parallell paths at every stage that avoids single point of failure in every phase. Also for launch.
Without going to extremes that voids the benefits. (33 engines on a single launch vehicle is extreme) better have access to multiple variants of launch vehicles.
$ASTS TO BECOME AN END-TO-END SPACE COMPANY?!

$ASTS back in the good old days,
even the biggest bears were saying they’d buy in the $30’s.
well…

Not all 5050s are created equal.
$ASTS augments existing MNOs and taps into their subscriber base & spectrum at a 50-50 rev split. Backward compatible. Seamless.
The competition $SPCX hasn’t a working direct to cell satellite design yet. It is so bad it needs waivers and can’t scale due to self spamming. They’ve made themselves an enemy of MNOs and needs to collect ~50Bn USD worth of spectrum and build ~80k terrestrial sites for an additional ~50 Bn
A ”50+50” Bn USD capex drain.😬
during a time period that will span at least half a decade after which they will need to try aquire customers used to the existing three incumbents better service and try to launch a full shell of a working dtc satellite still to be designed that requires a not yet reusable Starship.
At that point in time $ASTS will have three tiers on orbit . Low, mid (L/S) and C-band.
And the US market seems to prefer the antagonistic model of Elon/ $SPCX. (?!)
All while the world (J-LEO, SatCo Europe, Brazil/Chile, Saudi Arabia etc) choose SpaceMobile.

It’s hard not to be crazy bullish about $ASTS at these levels.
Bears actually believe it should be worth less than their spectrum value.
Most of them are blatant FUD bots however.
$ASTS bizarrely has MAX negative sentiment on X in this set up testing the 200 WMA
Know what you own.
Use X as your signal.
$ASTS is potentially just a few months away from being able to launch 8 BlueBird satellites at a time…
Kinda wild to think of the value that will be created from JUST ONE 8-satellite payload.
Ignore the haters and the FUD bots.
They don’t want to talk about the MANY New Glenn launches that are right around the corner.

$ASTS is a fucking STEAL right now.
The entire business is trading for less than the value of their spectrum holdings.
It’s actually insane.
The market does not understand $ASTS at all.
This is fucking insane.
$ASTS these fud bots are getting a little extreme.
