Sending comfort and encouragement to all those who made the impossible decision to defer and are about to see yet ANOTHER reminder of what could’ve been. You are not alone and have not been forgotten ❤️
To those receiving bar results today- remember that the bar exam is a poor measure of competence to practice law and NO measure of self worth, success, ability, or potential.
PSA:
Please don’t send congrats/condolences to those receiving bar results today. Many are at work and can/will not check them until later. Your text could be the one to inform them of their own results.

Also before Virginia starts making hay of the fact that their pass rate is higher than normal, let’s be completely clear that it is because applicants who felt that they couldn’t pass under the extremely unfair circumstances we were placed in dropped out or deferred.

I failed in 2018- if you failed and want to reach out I am happy to chat! I wouldn’t have made it without my “fail buddies” and hope to provide support to those who need it.
Friendly reminder to please not tell people congratulations/sorry for a day. As the results are released while people are at work, you may well find out before they do. #vabarexam
Congratulations to all the July test takers who successfully passed the most dangerous #vabarexam ever administered! Please continue to work to ensure no one else has to participate in such an archaic hazing ritual.
Good luck PA takers! We haven’t forgotten that the #pabarexam is unnecessarily 3 days

Did you have tech problems during the #barexam? If so I'd like to hear about your experiences. #barexamstories

ATTN Bar Examinees: We heard several times throughout the day that examinees have been told by ExamSoft reps to withdraw and take the exam in Feb. Bar Examiners seem not to be aware that ExamSoft is telling people this. PLEASE DO NOT WITHDRAW WITHOUT TALKING TO YOUR BAR EXAMINERS
Good luck to all our friends taking the bar exam tomorrow!
& to those who made the impossible decision to defer, we haven’t forgotten you! Sending extra comfort your way these next couple of days as your feeds are full of complaints about the very thing you want to be doing.

“The Washington, D.C., Bar exam website had a bug that exposed applicants' sensitive information, including government-issued identification, according to tech news website TechCrunch.”

Many Virginia law school graduates take the @DC_Bar exam.
Virginia law schools, what are you doing in this moment to help your graduates?

There’s a lot of of pages, but a few takeaways. (1/10)
And given how often the turn off their phone lines/that they demand correspondence by fax or mail, we know they hate phone calls. (9/10)
