Why are we assuming that the leverage change (which is overstated IMO) automatically makes the baseball season less likely to happen? If there is 100 leverage points to go around between the two sides, now it's 60-40 owners instead of 50-50 or whatever other number you want to use. If the Dodgers had won again you think the owners were just going to concede points that much easier?
