우리나라 부동산 불패를 받쳐주는 큰 축 중 하나가 고용안정성이라는 이야기.
집값이 떨어져도 매달 월급이 들어오면 원리금 갚으면서 버틸 수 있음. 안 팔고 버티는 사람이 많으면 급매도 덜 나오는 거고
근데 이 대 AI 시대에 해고 칼바람이 불기 시작하면?
당장 소득이 끊긴 상황에서 금리 재산정 시점까지 맞물리면, 버티고 싶어도 못 버티는 사람들이 나올 수 있다는 거임 그때는 집을 팔아야 하는 사람은 늘어나는데, 집을 사줄 사람도 자기 일자리가 불안해지니까 살 사람도 없어진다는것.
즉, 안정적인 월급이 보장되는 시대의 종말.
그게 대한민국 부동산 상승의 끝일거라고....

BREAKING: France just voted to tax the internet.
French lawmakers approved a tax of €0.055 (5.5 cents) for every gigabyte of data that companies like Netflix and YouTube send to French users. It’s a tax on the companies, not users directly, but the cost could get passed on to subscribers.
The vote was 11 to 10, with only 35 of 577 lawmakers present. Supporters say it could raise up to €10 billion a year. The French government opposed it, warning it would hit smaller French companies hardest; VLC says it would cost it over €1 million a year.

BREAKING: Short interest in the Nasdaq 100 ETF, $QQQ, is up to ~82 million shares, its highest since March 2023.
Over the last several weeks, this figure has surged +18 million shares, or +28%.
Year-to-date, short interest in $QQQ has nearly doubled.
Meanwhile, short interest in the S&P 500 ETF, $SPY, has declined -30 million shares since March, to ~92 million shares, near its lowest in at least 5 years.
By comparison, during the 2022 bear market, short interest peaked at ~90 million shares for $QQQ and ~180 million shares for $SPY.
Short interest in tech is very high right now.
