우리나라 부동산 불패를 받쳐주는 큰 축 중 하나가 고용안정성이라는 이야기.
집값이 떨어져도 매달 월급이 들어오면 원리금 갚으면서 버틸 수 있음. 안 팔고 버티는 사람이 많으면 급매도 덜 나오는 거고
근데 이 대 AI 시대에 해고 칼바람이 불기 시작하면?
당장 소득이 끊긴 상황에서 금리 재산정 시점까지 맞물리면, 버티고 싶어도 못 버티는 사람들이 나올 수 있다는 거임 그때는 집을 팔아야 하는 사람은 늘어나는데, 집을 사줄 사람도 자기 일자리가 불안해지니까 살 사람도 없어진다는것.
즉, 안정적인 월급이 보장되는 시대의 종말.
그게 대한민국 부동산 상승의 끝일거라고....

BREAKING: France just voted to tax the internet.
French lawmakers approved a tax of €0.055 (5.5 cents) for every gigabyte of data that companies like Netflix and YouTube send to French users. It’s a tax on the companies, not users directly, but the cost could get passed on to subscribers.
The vote was 11 to 10, with only 35 of 577 lawmakers present. Supporters say it could raise up to €10 billion a year. The French government opposed it, warning it would hit smaller French companies hardest; VLC says it would cost it over €1 million a year.

BREAKING: Google just proved AI data centers in space actually work
Project Suncatcher's first satellite, built with @planet and launched on a SpaceX rocket with 4 TPUs on board, verified the physics: Google sent a prompt from Earth, a TPU in orbit ran Gemma inference, and the full answer was beamed back down.
SpaceX is launching its StarMind satellites with NVIDIA GPUs on Starship in late 2027.

BREAKING: Short interest in the Nasdaq 100 ETF, $QQQ, is up to ~82 million shares, its highest since March 2023.
Over the last several weeks, this figure has surged +18 million shares, or +28%.
Year-to-date, short interest in $QQQ has nearly doubled.
Meanwhile, short interest in the S&P 500 ETF, $SPY, has declined -30 million shares since March, to ~92 million shares, near its lowest in at least 5 years.
By comparison, during the 2022 bear market, short interest peaked at ~90 million shares for $QQQ and ~180 million shares for $SPY.
Short interest in tech is very high right now.

Doug Cockle recorded ALL of Geralt’s voice lines for the original The Witcher in just 8 days.
He was recording for 6–7 hours a day, with Geralt’s voice kept very low in his register.
By the end of the recording days, Cockle said his voice was completely wrecked. He would go back to his hotel, drink peppermint tea or lemon and ginger, then return the next day and do it all over again.
And at the time, he couldn’t even read Andrzej Sapkowski’s Witcher books because they hadn’t been translated into English yet.

I’ve left Anthropic after more than a year of working on Claude Code and seeing it scale larger than I ever imagined.
I have really loved working at Ant and believe deeply in the mission, and most of all, the idea of a race to the top.
The idea that if we work hard and responsibly, we can raise the bar and inspire others to great outcomes. And if we all push each other to be better, things can be radically good. I will carry the spirit of this with me forever.
My colleagues at Anthropic are the most talented, thoughtful, competent, and earnest people I have ever met. I am glad they are at the wheel and trust them deeply.
To the community on X, thank you for everything. You’ve made this the most fun (and sometimes stressful) job I’ve ever had.

오늘 국무회의에서 지방세입 체납관리단 사업 현황을 말씀드렸습니다.
대통령께서는 지방정부와 협의해 인건비 보전 방법을 추가로 논의해 보라고 지시하셨습니다.
인천광역시장으로서 인천 사례를 말씀드렸습니다.
인천은 체납관리단 134명을 채용해 군·구에 94명, 시 본청에 40명을 배치했습니다.
두 달 동안 인건비 12억 원을 들여 32억 원의 체납 관리 성과를 냈습니다.
전체 체납 38만 8천 건 가운데 7만 건을 직접 조사했고, 그 과정에서 시민 134명이 일자리를 얻었습니다.
처음에는 군·구에서 인건비 부담을 걱정했습니다.
그래서 올해는 시비로 인건비 전액을 지원했고, 2027년부터는 시와 군·구가 절반씩 나눠 맡습니다.
실제로 체납이 정리되고 세수가 늘어나는 걸 보면서 우려도 많이 줄었습니다.
시도지사협의회장으로서는 전국 지방정부의 사정을 전했습니다.

이 부담을 덜 방법을 정부와 함께 찾기로 한 것이 오늘의 가장 큰 성과입니다.
대통령께서는 “좋은 일자리 있으면 정부에서 100% 해 줘도 아깝지 않은 게 일자리 사업”이라고 하셨습니다.
시도지사협의회가 정부와 구체적인 보전 방안을 만들어, 인천에서 낸 성과가 전국으로 이어지게 하겠습니다.
