๐จ BREAKING: Today we killed agentic AI.
I just watched my Mac finish a 16-hour workday in 183 seconds.
This is absurd.

Sorry to interrupt your Sunday, friends.
I really hesitated to write this, but if I donโt speak up today, I will be facing a severe financial crisis within a week or two.
To be clear, I am not asking for charity or financial help. I am asking for work.
I have been completely without work for the last three months. My last project ended on June 30th, and since then I have knocked on every door I knowโcalling, texting, meeting contacts, and following up.
People say they will try, but after that first talk, the silence takes over. Calls go unanswered or get cut after a couple of rings. I honestly don't know whether the industry is shifting because of AI or if my age (52) is working against me, but despite over 13 years of solid experience in the field, nothing has materialized.
Now, my savings are down to the very end. I can barely hold out for another week or two.
I am a professional content writer, translator, and speaker who is comfortable on stage and in front of the camera. I write and translate fluently across Gujarati, Hindi, and English, with Gujarati being my strongest suit.
Many of you already know my grasp of politics and my political writing, but I am equally adept at covering Bollywood and cricket. My priority is media houses, digital platforms, or publications, but I am open to any genuine writing or translation opportunity.
I can work remotely or take up assignments on-site anywhere in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar, as I need to be close to my elderly mother to take care of her health.
Because my situation is urgent, I am especially looking for quick-turnaround freelance assignments or immediate projects where payments can be settled on submission.
If you or anyone in your circle has work, please reach out to me directly in my DMs.
A humble, earnest request: while I deeply value your warmth, please refrain from sending just "best wishes" or "stay strong" messages right now. I am fighting hard to stay out of a very dark headspace, and right now, only actual work leads can pull me through.
Thank you for taking the time to read this, and thank you for your support. My inbox is open. ๐

The price tag alcohol never shows you is paid by your body.
This isn't about telling you to never drink again. It's about making sure you actually understand what you're paying for every time you do.
Alcohol has been normalised in our culture for decades, folded into celebrations, stress relief, weekends, grief, everything.
But normalised was never the same as harmless.
Alcohol reaches nearly every system in your body, from your brain and hormones to your sleep, metabolism and long-term health.
Here's what actually happens inside your body when you drink:
Alcohol enters your system โ Your liver identifies it as a toxin โ Alcohol dehydrogenase breaks it down โ This produces acetaldehyde, a compound more damaging than alcohol itself.
From there, acetaldehyde can affect multiple systems:
โข DNA: Classified as genotoxic, it can directly damage genetic material.
โข Cells: It binds to proteins, disrupts mitochondria and triggers oxidative stress.
โข Liver: Repeated exposure can drive inflammation and fat buildup, an early stage of alcohol-related liver disease.
โข Brain: Alcohol interferes with neurotransmitter signalling and can contribute to thiamine deficiency, which affects how the brain produces energy.
โข Gut: Alcohol can irritate the intestinal lining and increase gut permeability, allowing inflammatory compounds to enter the bloodstream.
โข Long-term risk: Acetaldehyde can form DNA adducts, which can distort DNA and interfere with repair. This is one documented mechanism behind alcohol's link to certain cancers, including liver and colorectal cancer.
And here's the part we often don't think about.
The cost doesn't always show up the next morning as a hangover.
Some of it accumulates silently over years.
Every drink is a transaction. Your liver has to process it. Your cells deal with oxidative stress. Your gut and brain are affected. Your DNA may sustain damage that needs to be repaired.
So the question isn't simply, "Can I drink?"
It's: "Do I understand what I'm trading for that drink?"
That's not a rhetorical question. It's one worth sitting with before the next glass.

Day 4 without JioFiber.
Despite multiple complaints, not a single technician has visited my home to diagnose the issue. Instead, I keep getting calls with excuses like "the wire is broken" or "it will be fixed soon," but nothing actually happens.
This is unacceptable. Customers are paying for a reliable service, not endless excuses. My work has suffered for four consecutive days due to JioFiber's complete lack of accountability and support.
@JioCare Is this your standard of customer service? Resolve this immediately or explain why customers are expected to tolerate such negligence.

JioFiber is collapsing under poor customer service & incompetent technical support. Existing customers are left without solutions for weeks.
This is a complete failure in customer support.
