If I was a fan of another NFL team I would be very annoyed that the Eagles finally being bad for a year is going to result in them finally getting a real Head Coach and a blue chip talent in a draft that is loaded at the top.

This Eagles defense is one of the most disappointing units I’ve witnessed in my life as a Philly sports fan.
The offense you can excuse away due to injuries and what not, you can’t with this defense.
They were supposed to be a top 5 unit that is just absolutely charmin soft.

I have to say … Eagles fans get a bad rap. The reputation is they’re unhinged and heartless (throwing snowballs at Santa) but my experience has been the opposite.
I’m out here cooking their organization and most are able to have civil and intellectual conversations.

with everything falling apart in Philadelphia, the Eagles sitting at 2-4, Lane Johnson retiring and now the unfortunate news that Jalen Hurts is expected to miss the rest of the season, I think the 49ers need to make an aggressive move and try to capitalize on the situation.
John Lynch needs to pick up the phone and see what it would take to get DeVonta Smith. He’s only 28, signed through 2028 and would be a PERFECT fit in Kyle Shanahan’s offense. An excellent route runner who can stretch the field, create separation and give Brock Purdy another legitimate weapon. The Niners desperately need help at WR.
I’d offer Philadelphia a 2027 first-round pick and a 2028 third-round pick. That should at least get Howie Roseman’s attention. The Eagles may not want to move him, but given their current situation, it’s worth making the call.
the 49ers are built to win NOW. McCaffrey, Kittle and several other key players aren’t getting any younger. This championship window isn’t going to stay open forever. Sometimes you have to stop worrying about tomorrow and go all in on today.
