I build LinkJolt: affiliate software for SaaS.
Your affiliates get links and codes, and it tracks the sales they send through Stripe, Paddle, Polar, Creem, Lemon Squeezy, Gumroad or Apple in-app purchases. It takes 0% of those sales.
Here I post what SaaS affiliate programs actually pay, from real campaign data, and the setup mistakes that lose referrals.
dashboards are dying
I'd rather ask "how's my affiliate program doing this month" and get the answer in the chat
so that's how LinkJolt works inside claude now
one-off bounties for affiliates are pointless to me
you pay the same whether they send someone who stays 3 years or cancels in a week
asked claude code which affiliate tool to use and got a whole speech about not building your own:
"Cookie attribution is the easy 10%; the other 90% is recurring commission schedules, refund/chargeback clawbacks, MRR reconciliation, self-referral fraud, tax forms, and mass payouts"
then I asked it to add an affiliate program and it built its own 😂
connecting stripe to LinkJolt used to mean making a webhook, copying a secret and ticking the right events
now it's one button
I'd rather build the button than write a setup guide nobody reads
asked claude code and codex to add an affiliate program to a test app. 42 runs
34 times they just built their own. claude code's were around 1,000 lines each 😅
the times I told them to pick a tool, they never picked mine
so I wrote them a skill. 4 runs since, 4 picked LinkJolt

affiliate software that takes a % of every sale is wild to me
your affiliate found the customer. why does the software get a cut too
LinkJolt takes 0% btw
I don’t know the budget they had for this absolute slop but I made a better trailer for my AI feature film for less than $500 here nitter.gq/efesopoulos/status/209…

if you've never run one, an affiliate program is simple:
other people share your product with their own link or code, and get a cut of every sale they bring in
LinkJolt is the software behind it. it makes the links and codes, works out which sale came from who, and pays them
paying for ads before you've asked your happiest customers to share a link feels backwards to me
they already like you. give them 20 to 30% of what their referrals pay and let them do it
What is the difference between arc and dia and why are people so mad about it? I’m reading “generational fumble”
We've decided to sunset Arc on December 22, 2026.
That's not an easy sentence to write. We spent years building Arc and celebrating each and every release along the way: we have so much pride and love for what we made alongside the Arc community.
Our priority is to deliver best-in-class security for our members. Keeping a browser secure takes constant, dedicated work that is only increasing in the age of AI. Dia was built from the ground up to meet today’s security standards, so that's where our engineering and security teams will focus moving forward.
We've worked to make switching to @diabrowser as easy as possible for Arc members. Here's how:
· Your passwords, bookmarks, extensions and history come over to Dia seamlessly.
· Spaces, Folders, and Tab Groups are in Dia and import over with your data intact.
· Dia now surpasses Arc benchmarks in stability, speed, and security.
· The browser features you use in Arc are free in Dia, and the AI is optional.
Thank you for using Arc, for pushing us to make it better, and for building alongside us. The team that made Arc is the same team behind Dia, and some of our most ambitious work is just ahead. We'd love for you to be there with us when it lands.
Another reason to move to Cyprus 🇨🇾 as a nomad
🇪🇺Europe VS Cyprus🇨🇾
I’m a Norwegian living in Cyprus
Nature didn’t justify 52% in taxes.
So I left..🇳🇴
But should you? ↓
For a company making €100K yearly profit. Here’s how much you keep:
🇬🇧 UK: €48K
🇧🇪Belgium: 53K
🇮🇪Ireland: €42K
🇫🇷 France: €52K
🇳🇴Norway: €48K
🇸🇪 Sweden: €51K
🇩🇪 Germany: €52K
🇩🇰 Denmark: €45K
🇳🇱 Netherlands: €51K
I only go back to Norway 2 weeks/year for Christmas & New Year’s.
For the rest of it, I’m enjoying this preferred lifestyle:)
- 300+ sunny days
- Working on business
- Very little distractions
- Close to the Mediterranean
With €100K yearly profit here, you keep:
🇨🇾Cyprus: €83K
With IP box: €95K
What is The Cyprus IP box regime?
Not too many know about this actually:
It exempts 80% of qualifying IP profits, reducing the effective corporate tax rate from 15% to ~3%
If you developed software or hold patents, this regime could save you a fortune.
What about dividend tax?
- 0% for non-doms
We just added 28 new free tools to our website: Sumly.cy/tools
So if you’re considering the move to Cyprus🇨🇾
Plenty of those tools will be helpful.
