One of our ChatGPT ads just hit 89.7x ROAS
Here's everything we've learned and what's working today:

We shipped OpenClaw in an MCP and it works in Claude, Codex and everything else.
It also includes 80+ Oauth integrations and over 40 built-in tools like scrapers for instagram, twitter, reddit, and meta ads library.
P.S. If you already have a Max plan, you can use Hyper MCP inside Claude/Codex and avoid separate model usage costs.
It's called Hyper MCP. Highly recommend.
SOMEONE JUST DROPPED A NEW AGENT HARNESS THAT CLAIMS TO BLOW PAST CLAUDE CODE AND CODEX
quick context: an agent harness is the layer between you and the AI and it handles prompts, tools, memory, and parallel sessions (e.g. codex cli & claude code)
it's called jcode AND it's free and open source on github
claims to be:
> 20x more memory efficient than claude code
> spawns 63x faster than codex CLI
> more customizable than every existing harness
> built in memory system, no extra setup
> built specifically for running parallel sessions and agent swarms
> handles background tasks, browser use, and codebase searching natively
the part everyone is losing their minds over is that you can log in with your existing claude code or codex oauth and just use it as the harness
so you keep your max plan, but you run it through a faster, more efficient interface that can spawn 20 agents at once if you want
the catch is that anthropic has banned people for using claude oauth with third party tools. so this lives in a grey zone right now
but if you're already running multiple claude code sessions in tmux or paying for codex separately, this is built to replace both with one harness
the open source community is moving way faster than the big AI companies. again.
Back at it with @doranalytics on agents for marketing and why the next layer has to work across the AI tools people use today and whatever they use tomorrow.
You can now connect multiple accounts (like 2 gmail accounts, 10 instagrams, 40 tiktoks, etc.) to Claude via the Hyper MCP.
You can also restrict permissions per integration, account, and action.
Hosting a call this week on how to set it up. Lmk if you want to join!
Hyper MCP is officially live.
One MCP with 40+ built-in tools, and works out of the box in Claude, Codex, OpenClaw, Hermes, and everything else.
what's inside:
➤ Social scrapers (reddit, instagram, tiktok)
➤ Ad platforms (meta, google, amazon, tiktok, linkedin)
➤ SEO + lead gen (firecrawl, outscraper, apollo)
➤ Sandbox, database, browser, file system
➤ Image + video gen (gpt image, seedance, veo)
➤ Hyper's full agent platform
You shouldn't need 40+ API keys to build an agent. Now you don't.
Want to try it? Reply below and I'll send the first 20 people a signup link with $20 in free credits
The new GPT 2 image model is absolutely insane and feels categorically different.
I think it has... taste?
Suspect the reason this isn't louder is because we've all learned to over-direct image models, and this is the first one that works backwards: the less you push it, the better the output.
Claude now runs Amazon ad campaigns end to end through the Hyper MCP.
Agents can:
- Research ASINs and map competitors
- Launch Sponsored Products campaigns
- Add keywords, match types, negative keywords
- Set up product and ASIN targeting
- Create budget automation rules
- Pull search term and performance reports
It can also validate thousands of keyword combinations against buyer intent in seconds, and then ship new ads with budget rules already in place.
Setup takes about 2 minutes and you're good to go.
Great stream with @doranalytics
Talked about AI agents for marketing, the shift from chasing API keys to just setting it all up from the CLI in claude, the Hyper MCP, and more.
Many more episodes to come!
Cold email deliverability is dying because everyone is using instantly or smartlead with the same warmup pools
Here's what's actually working right now:
- set up 8 cold inboxes on different domains (not subdomains, different tlds)
- spf, dkim, dmarc all aligned, spam assassin score under 2 on mail-tester
- warm them manually for 3 weeks. send real emails to your team, vendors, friends, your own personal inbox. 10-15/day ramping to 40. do NOT plug them into the instantly or smartlead warmup pools — that signature is exactly what google and outlook flag now.
- have your team actually reply. varied subject lines, real threads, real language. the signal you want is "this mailbox is having human conversations" not "this mailbox is pinging 400 other warmup bots."
- when you start sending real cold, rotate across all 8 inboxes so no single one sends more than 30/day
- track reply rate per inbox. if one drops below 0.5% replies, pause it, warm back up
- every 14 days rotate out one domain. buy a new one. warm it. swap in.
People getting 20% reply rates on cold right now just have deliverability dialed in and are sending from clean infrastructure.
Copy matters but deliverability matters 10x more
This is the future and exactly what we're doing at Hyper.
Our entire platform is exposed as MCP, CLI, and SDK. Just pick your surface.
One connection and you're done. Wherever you go, you show up with the same tools, memory and files.
It's like a backpack you can take with you, from Claude to Codex, or OpenClaw and so on:
- all your integrations (Gmail, Meta Ads, Shopify, Slack, HubSpot)
- 50+ built-in tools (web browsing, sandboxes, Reddit/Meta Ad Library/Instagram scrapers)
- custom MCP support (unified connection gateway)
- 10+ platform tools (database, file system, memory, skills, scheduled tasks)
And it's all managed, which we means we do the heavy lifting for you.
Welcome Salesforce Headless 360: No Browser Required! Our API is the UI. Entire Salesforce & Agentforce & Slack platforms are now exposed as APIs, MCP, & CLI. All AI agents can access data, workflows, and tasks directly in Slack, Voice, or anywhere else with Salesforce Headless 360. Faster builds, agentic everything. 🚀

Short story on how I've made $36,547 in ~60 days from a digital product I vibe coded on a Thursday night.
If you're trying to make money with AI, I'm sharing this to inspire you.
Feb 9th, 9pm: had an idea. Sat down and vibe coded the MVP in ~3 hours.
Feb 13-14th: made the Instagram account and woke up to the first purchase. Couple days later, had an agent set up a Meta campaign with a $30 daily budget.
Product-market fit was obvious immediately. During week 1, my agent was scaling the budget daily, and ROAS was consistently between 14-20x.
Customer support was becoming a headache, so I passed it off to the same agent in charge of the ad account.
That's the loop. Build something easy with obvious demand and then hand it to an agent.
My advice: You're probably doing all the right things, just the hard way. Stop outsmarting yourself! Pick something small and finish it.
I'm rooting for you + always happy to help bounce ideas around.
*The MRR you see is someone who found the subscription version — I didn't even advertise it, they just stumbled onto it and subscribed.
If you've ever spent an entire day setting up API keys and MCP servers for a local agent, I'm here to save you from yourself.
Hyper MCP - 48 connectors and 22 platform/built-in tools like databases, sandbox, web search, scrapers for social media, image + video gen.
Works out of the box, zero config, and includes skills for each tool.
My favorite person (and my co-founder) @thembelani_hm just wrote how we've built hyper so far.
① Memory system inspired by Hermes (raw observations from every run, shaped into user profiles or agent learnings whenever you need them)
② Harness-environment separation that Anthropic validated when they shipped managed agents (the conductor doesn't sit inside the orchestra pit - if your agent lives in the sandbox, you can't spin up more sandboxes)
③ Agent loop as lean as OpenClaw's Pi (the lighter the agent loop, the less you confuse the model)
+ He also covers why our integrations are better than generic connectors, how agents safely run code, and how we track every cost. Honest walkthrough of what we built and what we're still figuring out.
Definitely worth a read if you're building with agents or just curious how this stuff actually works.
