The Democrats who voted yes on Bill 2002 believe the Trans movement is the same as the civil rights movement of the 1950โs.
They believe in order for the general population to accept men in female only spaces that it must be forced on to us, to โnormalizeโ this ideology. This is why it is part of school curriculum. To indoctrinate children into this belief.
There are several issues with this comparison which are glaringly obvious. The first being, people of color DID NOT have the same rights as whites. They canโt/couldnโt opt in or out of the melanin in their skin. They never asked for special privileges. They simply wanted the same rights as anyone else.
The Trans movement however, is different in that it is based solely on self identification, a choice. They believe they get to choose which sex they are and want to exist, as. They already have every civil right anyone else does. What they are demanding are privileges.
From encyclopedia.com:
โThere are at least two ways of distinguishing between "privileges" and "rights" in the context of American constitutional law and history, and careful analysis does not confound the two. The text of the Constitution refers to both privileges and rights, and uses "privileges" as a term of art denoting a class of rights that may be invoked defensively, to excuse one from a legal restraint or obligation. In another usage, privileges have both an inferior status to and a less permanent existence than rights, being subject to revocation by the government or to the imposition of conditions on their exercise. There is no foundation in the Constitution for the latter distinction.โ
The problem with extending certain โprivilegesโ to a small minority, means usurping the civil rights of others ie; Women.
In order to get around this loophole a man that self ids as a Woman must now be accepted, without argument, as a Woman. For this to happen science, history, cultural/religious beliefs must all change to โaffirmโ and accept this belief so that it can fly under the radar of the constitution and continue to impede and revoke the rights of a majority.
The civil rights movement never took away rights from anyone.

๐จ POLAND'S PRESIDENT WENT IN HIMSELF!
โจAfter midnight in Warsaw, President Karol Nawrocki walked up to the Constitutional Tribunal with the head of Poland's Supreme Court.
The judges installed by Tusk's side stood in the DOORWAY to block him.
On the video you can hear Nawrocki saying, "Please step aside, excuse me, ma'am."
He got in.
His office says they laid hands on the head of state. A Tusk ally says Nawrocki attacked the judges.
The elected president had to push his way into his own country's top court.
