Red Hill has leaked again. The navy is claiming they “recovered all the fuel” buts that’s exactly the lie they told about the last 2 leaks and it ended up in the water. Red Hill must be shut down now! Everyday fuel is in the tanks our lives are at risk hawaiinewsnow.com/app/2022/0…

This is our aquifer. The Halawa Shaft, up until Dec. 2021, provided 20% of Honolulu’s water. The Board of Water Supply announced that due to the Navy contaminating our water with fuel from their leaking Red Hill tanks, we may never be able to draw from this shaft again. Ever.

My street seems okay for now. Noticed a lot more cars on it yesterday, but it seems okay today. They’re definitely expanding, though. Seems to get bigger everyday.
