Same thing for Claude? Try Agentation 👇

For 20 years designers circled things on screenshots and wrote "this, but nicer".
Now the agent reads the circles 😉

Half my timeline: "I don't use Figma anymore"
Me: still here, with an agent on the grunt work and me on the fun part. Best Figma year yet :D
It takes more taste to clean up AI output than to make it.
Anyone else spending more time reviewing agents than designing from scratch?
Designing with an agent reminds me of the Macromedia Flash days.
You could make anything interactive and animated :D
Made launch film with one agent skill. Honestly didn’t expect it to be this easy.
Thanks @1weiho for building it.
Btw, we build sandboxes for your AI agents. Check out our launch:

Some days I design apps without opening Figma once.
A few years ago I’d have said the same thing about Adobe. Tools change. The craft stays!
Prototyping interactions is wild right now.
Framer was the first tool that sped this up for me. An agent with Figma MCP or Paper is light years ahead.
The only limit now is your imagination. Honestly, that's the hard part.
Experimenting with a new form for my personal site, and having so much fun with it.

Animating UI with Figma MCP and Claude is wild.
Your GUI + prompt and we have animated UI ready.
Claude uses Figma Motion to do it. It adds the animations right in my Figma file, so I can still see and edit everything in Figma after.

I am confident there will be as many designers replaced as developers. At the very least.
If we look at the numbers, 90%+ of designers have not done any interesting work, they existed because they were able to execute based on design systems. We needed them because they knew how to use complex apps and because they had some basic understanding of design rules.
The same goes for developers, the vast majority of developers existed because we needed them to write boring code to get something that is 100% figured out to work properly. There was nothing else asked of them. They are a means to an end the same way most designers are a means to an end.
There are only three ways now as designer:
1. Double down entirely on your personality, taste, skills and what makes YOU unique to work with (there will be a small percentage who will be able to do this)
2. Acquire new technical skills, take over the role as designer & developer & product person and become useful to an industry that is seeking exactly this type of person.
3. Start dancing on TikTok, YouTube, IG etc.
