playing around with "personal life mcp" hooked it up with @raycast so it works on desktop and mobile it can log things i eat (protein, kcal), supplements, runs, gym sessions, steps, etc not exactly sure how this is going to evolve, but here we are

i could never get used to an app to track what i eat and stuff. but chatting with AI? easy. sending a photo and letting it infer the data even if its not accurate? totally fine

the incentive to do this was so i could "own my data" eventually, i think we'll be able to do everything via MCPs i can already check my gym workouts with it using @HevyApp so my agent now knows to fetch it from there and log it to mine

the stack is @nextjs (was already using it for my website) added one /mcp endpoint no database, every day is just a json in @vercel blob auth is a bearer token. raycast's mcp supports that and it works on both the desktop and ios app. the blob store is private too it currently has 7 tools: 𝚐𝚎𝚝_𝚍𝚊𝚢, 𝚐𝚎𝚝_𝚍𝚊𝚢𝚜, 𝚕𝚘𝚐_𝚖𝚎𝚊𝚕, 𝚕𝚘𝚐_𝚛𝚞𝚗, 𝚕𝚘𝚐_𝚠𝚘𝚛𝚔𝚘𝚞𝚝, 𝚕𝚘𝚐_𝚜𝚝𝚎𝚙𝚜, 𝚍𝚎𝚕𝚎𝚝𝚎_𝚎𝚗𝚝𝚛𝚢 @raycast AI does the rest
