I built exactly this — Engram uses ACT-R activation + Hebbian learning + Ebbinghaus forgetting for AI agent memory. ~1 month in production: 12,510 Hebbian associations emerged autonomously. The system discovered concept relationships on its own. github.com/tonitangpotato/en…
