If you're looking for something to do this weekend, the annual SNE Weather Conference will be taking place in Canton
Can still register here: bluehill.org/events/cwc
Might be some scattered clouds next Wednesday. Gotta keep an eye on that. #wbz
Well this might be a holiday "treat" for Halloween
Getting into somewhat reliable forecast range. Currently looks mild with no big storms around 🎃🪦🐈⬛
Woolly bears are, of course, just made up weather myth stuff
But the scientists agree this time around (mild winter)
Still some sparkle, Mount Greylock. Wooly Bear says mild & gentle winter! @DHTheWeatherNut @PaulCaiano @ericfisher
Meanwhile on the Cape & Islands where the wind machine has been incessant all week...relief on the way. Still breezy tomorrow but not as aggressive. *Way* less wind this weekend. #wbz
Just awesome out there this afternoon. More fall goodness. #wbz
Was drier in Sept-Oct during all of the last 5 big El Nino onset years. It's actually been a bit wetter than average so far this time around

How does this stretch figure with our record El Niño? I know rain is coming down the road but I am surprised we are having such a dry stretch.
It would appear we have embarked on the longest dry streak in Boston in a couple of years. We'll see how long it ends up going! Lots of sunshine ahead. #wbz

You were on the money! Thank you for the heads up! Weare, New Hampshire!
What is a subtropical storm vs a nor'easter?
*bonus sunset content included
@wbz
One would think this setup will give us an excellent sunset this evening #wbz
Outside of a chance for a little rain on Cape Cod overnight, it looks like we may run the table with dry weather for the rest of October
