Think the officiating was a bit unfair towards Bunny Shaw today. Some v strong challenges/scraps against her that went unpunished but Shaw punished when she uses her power against opposition. Often the case w powerful strikers but was clearly (rightly) frustrating her today.

Lauren Hemp on her time at City thus far: “It's crazy looking back over the last eight years, I've grown so much and I mean I've got a lot of love for this club and I feel like I've shown that with how loyal I am.
“I think my heart is with this club and it always has been and I think you can also see that on the pitch with how hard I work to try and win trophies for this club and to get this club back to where it deserves to be.
“It's been a massive team effort from the group over the last couple of years because we deserve to be winning trophies and to finally get our hands on a couple it was a massive moment for me.
“And I always knew it was going to happen soon and for us to be able to do that was a very special moment.
“So yes, it's weird to think that I'm still here eight years later but there's no place I'd rather be so I'm really happy that I'm still here.”

Nedum Onuoha: “News [of the #ManCity verdict] broke as the women’s team were on the way to London. I know this from people who travelled - they were shocked, they weren’t expecting it. They got to Euston and there was a bus with a @ManCity badge on. When they arrived at the hotel, some of the stuff being said, to call it inappropriate would be an understatement.
"There are people in the set-up who have had nothing to do with what this is all about. But they're having to live with that, it comes as a consequence. Their job is 10 times harder. Every time they wear that kit, travel on that bus, people are going to want to ask..." [via @5liveSport/@SunMartinB]
