Wow, this is wild.
When a fighter jet loses its fuel system over the freezing North Atlantic Ocean, standard military procedure says the pilots must eject and let the aircraft sink.
On September 5, 1983, United States Air Force Captain Jon "Ghost" Alexander and First Lieutenant Karol Wojcikowski were 520 miles from land when their F-4E Phantom II suffered a catastrophic fuel valve failure.
In the icy Atlantic waves below, an ejected pilot had just ninety seconds of consciousness before freezing to death.
One hundred miles away, a four-engine KC-135A Stratotanker named North Star heard their mayday. Captain Robert Goodman, Captain Michael Clover, and boom operator Technical Sergeant Ron Craft turned their 100-ton tanker around immediately.
Even after they hooked up, the Phantom's broken valves could not take enough fuel, one engine flamed out, and the crippled fighter began dropping too slow for a jet tanker to stay connected.
So the crew of North Star broke every rule in the flight manual.
At just 1,400 feet above the waves, Captain Goodman lowered the massive tanker's landing gear in mid-air to create drag, pulled his four engines to idle, and slowed to 190 knots.
For the final 160 miles to Gander, Newfoundland, Sergeant Craft kept that rigid metal refueling boom locked tight inside the Phantom's spine, literally towing the crippled fighter through the sky until both men landed safely.
A refueling boom is built to pump gas. In American hands, it became a tow rope strong enough to drag two brothers home.

My 12-year-old nephew had his first sleepover at an American house. The Harpers, the Georgia family on our street.
The next day, without anyone asking, he handed his mother a report.
She read it to me over the phone. Translated, here it is.
SLEEPOVER REPORT
by Sota, age 12
DINNER
Everyone held hands to pray. I did not know whose hand to hold. I panicked and held the closest one. It was Mr. Harper's.
Mr. Harper calls me "Champ." I have never won anything.
BREAKFAST
Biscuits are not cookies. I asked three times.
They put white gravy on them. At 8 a.m. My life is different now.
GAME
We played a game about buying houses. Mrs. Harper bought everything. Nobody spoke to her for ten minutes. Then everyone hugged. I do not understand this game.
SECRET
Emma beat me at arm wrestling. She is 8. Please do not tell anyone.
BEST THING
At dinner, Mr. Harper prayed. He thanked God for the food, for the day, and then he said:
"And thank you for Sota, who is with us tonight."
He said my name to God.
I have never been introduced to God before.
OVERALL SCORE
10 out of 10.
Please let me go back.
I want to hear my name again.
You'll (hopefully) get it, someday.
"How have you got any energy if you haven't had breakfast?"
I've got about two months of fuel strapped round my middle. I'm just using a bit of it.
"I thought fat was hard to get at."
It is if you keep posting sugar through the letterbox every three hours. The body never has to go to the tank, so it forgets where the tank is.
"So you just don't eat at all?"
Not until I'm hungry. About one, two o'clock. Then I eat like it's about to be discontinued.
"Don't you get shaky?"
No. Shaky is what happens when you've had a bowl of cereal at seven and you're coming down off it by ten. I never went up, so there's nothing to come down from.
"What about your metabolism, though?"
It's a body, not a boiler. It doesn't go out because you missed the toast.
"It just sounds a bit disordered, if I'm honest."
You eat six times a day, you've got a biscuit drawer, there are cereal bars in your glovebox, and you panic if the eleven o'clock snack is late. Which one of us sounds like he's on a drip?
"My dietician says breakfast is the most important meal of the day."
Your dietician's quoting a cereal advert from 1917. I'm quoting a lion. The lion skipped breakfast and ate the dietician.
😡
ALARMING TIMELINE: Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation + Vanderbilt University + Alpha-Gal Syndrome
2012
Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation begins funding Vanderbilt University’s work on Alpha-Gal Syndrome. A condition most people had never even heard of yet.
2013
Bill Gates starts publicly pushing synthetic lab-grown meat as the future — “better for the planet,” he says.
2017
Gates pours serious money into Memphis Meats (now Upside Foods). He’s all-in on fake meat replacing real beef, pork, and lamb.
2012 – Present
Lone star tick populations explode across the U.S. Hundreds of thousands develop Alpha-Gal Syndrome — a brutal, lifelong allergy to red meat triggered by a single tick bite. Cases keep rising dramatically.
2021 – 2023
Gates Foundation funds Oxitec’s genetically modified cattle tick projects. Official story: “for livestock protection.”
2024
Vanderbilt ramps up actual development of the Alpha-Gal vaccine.
2025 – 2026 (NOW)
Tick infestations surging. Alpha-Gal cases climbing fast. Gates still aggressively promotes lab-grown meat. The vaccine “fix” is moving forward.
The pattern is crystal clear:
1. Fund the “problem” (Alpha-Gal research at Vanderbilt since 2012)
2. Accelerate the crisis on the ground (tick explosion + meat allergy epidemic)
3. Push people off real meat (synthetic meat empire + campaigns)
4. Sell the “solution” (lab meat + the vaccine)
Create the crisis → Control the food supply → Profit from the cure.
They’re not even hiding it anymore.
This isn’t coincidence. This is a timeline.
Lol
South Carolina has no need of upstate New Yorkers, Ohioans who think they're Conservative, Pittsburgh Yinzers who fell in love with Myrtle Beach, or New Jersey tax refugees.
You all may as well be Somali fraudsters, Indian help-desk workers and fresh-off-the-boat Muslims looking for sympathy in a new land.
I dont care for your bagels, greasy floppy pizzas or scrapple any more than I do the halal garbage the Somali immigrants crave.
Your Buffalo Bills team garb may as well be a hijab. Your stupid Buckeye banner may as well be a Palestine flag.
You're all invaders, as far as I'm concerned.
You can be South Carolinian when you renounce your previous state, Choose to be a Gamecock or a Tiger, and start eating fried chicken like decent people do.
Assimilate or beat it.

🚨#BREAKING: A family in Georgia is outraged after they paid to have their 4-year-old pug named Cha Cha euthanized...
...and then MONTHS LATER later saw a photo on Facebook of their dog ALIVE AND WELL with a vet from the animal hospital
The story is wild.
According to the family, Cha Cha the dog got very sick, the vets told them it was organ failure and diabetic ketoacidosis... so the family decided euthanisia was the best course of action.
The family said goodbye in March, paid the bill, and went home grieving.
But according to the family, someone at that hospital was very attached to Cha Cha, because a worker took her home instead.
Months later, Rebecca (the owner of Cha Cha) was scrolling Facebook and saw a photo.
Her words: “I knew scrolling like that’s my dog.”
Even more wild...the vet's husband confirmed it, his wife not only had Cha Cha, but he says the pug was in GOOD HEALTH.
The dog they were told was dying was actually ALIVE and DOING WELL.
But it gets worse.
When the family went to the hospital, managers DENIED IT, Rebecca says they got a LAWYER and won’t talk about it.
Then, the family believes, the hospital put Cha Cha down to hide what happened.
Rebecca’s words:
“The fact that they put a healthy dog down. That’s just sick.”
And this is NOT the first time.
Earlier this year, another family said their cat Annie was supposed to be euthanized at the SAME hospital, and a worker took her home too.
The hospital admitted it “fell short” that time.
And Annie? She was put down too.
So twice now, a dog or cat has been alive and cared for after the family said goodbye.
...this is beyond insane

My wife teaches English at a high school in Japan.
Last week, she gave her students a writing prompt:
"If you could be American for one day, what would you do?"
She read me the answers at dinner. She had to stop three times because she was laughing too hard.
"Own a pickup truck. I don't need a truck. I just want to say, 'Don't worry, I'll grab the truck.'"
"Have a garage. Not for a car. For 'stuff.'"
"Buy 48 rolls of toilet paper at Costco. I live with my parents. I want them anyway."
"Get a free refill. Then another one. Then another one. Until they ask me to leave. They won't ask me to leave."
"Water my lawn at 6 a.m. in a bathrobe and wave at my neighbor."
"Call my teacher 'dude.'" (My wife underlined this one. Twice.)
"Hang a flag on my house for no reason. Just because it's Tuesday."
And a lot of them wrote some version of this:
"Tell my dad I love him. Out loud. At the dinner table."
Then she had the class vote for the best answer.
The winner wasn't funny. It came from the funniest kid in the class. The truck kid.
"Stand up when the anthem plays, put my hand on my heart, and look around and see everybody else doing it too."
My wife asked him why he picked that one.
He shrugged.
"Because then you're never proud alone."
To every person running for office:
The junk snail mail you send never makes it to the house. It goes directly in the trash, zero people read it.
Same for robocalls. Nobody answers and probably 99% of people block, report it as spam.
Thanks for coming to my TED talk.
Pure coincidence, I'm sure.

We had a Linux server that showed two successful SSH logins from an external IP overnight.
The strange part was that there were no failed password attempts before them.
The attacker got in cleanly.
So I checked the SSH logs properly.
Both sessions said:
Accepted publickey
That meant we were not dealing with a guessed password.
I pulled the fingerprint from the logs and compared it with the keys in:
/home/deploy/.ssh/authorized_keys
There was only one key there.
And it matched.
The comment on the key was:
deploy@old-build
That name sounded familiar, so we checked our records.
The build server it belonged to had been retired months ago.
But nobody had removed its SSH key from this production server.
I checked the timestamp on authorized_keys.
The key had been sitting there since November 2025.
So this was not some new persistence the attacker had just created.
It was an old trust relationship we had forgotten about.
That was actually worse in a different way.
I checked the login history and confirmed both sessions came from the same external IP.
Then I looked for files touched during those sessions.
A backup copy of the application’s .env file had been created under /opt/api/.
That immediately raised another concern because environment files often contain things like database credentials, API keys and application secrets.
At that point we disabled the deployment account, removed the stale key, rotated the application secrets and started checking every other server that might still trust the same old build key.
The lesson from this one was simple.
Not every compromise starts with malware.
Sometimes the attacker just finds a credential or key that your own environment forgot existed.
Passwords expire.
Employees leave.
Servers get retired.
But SSH keys can quietly sit in authorized_keys for years if nobody is actually reviewing them.
That is why key rotation and access reviews matter.
The attacker did not need to break SSH.
We had already left the door open.

Bill Gates:-
“Covid didn’t work out the way I expected”
This basically implies that there was a pre-orchestrated plan for Covid - which there obviously was
So what did Bill Gates expect?
He wanted a Deadly Virus that required full compliance from EVERYONE in getting fully Vaccinated with the mRNA Jabs & use of Covid Passports to access every day life
‘They’ will try again
Makes sense
