~$400M for employee #300 is unbelievably absurd and I don't think we ever see it happen again Please check in on any friends who turned down job offers at Anthropic
Who actually gets rich if Anthropic lists at $2 trillion? The S-1 filed on Monday lets us answer from the filing itself. The reported target is $1.5T to $2T, listing the week of November 16. The filing implies about 16.9B fully diluted shares. So $2T works out to roughly $118 a share. The cap table at $2T: - $199B for the 7 controlling co-founders, about 10% - $28B for Ben Mann, if his stake matches theirs - $100B for the Anthropic Public Benefit Fund, 5% - $331B in employee options and RSUs, about 17% , That pool covers about 5,300 employees, an average of $62M each. - But when you joined matters enormously. The S-1 shows how much equity was granted each year, and at what price. [ Headcount went from about 300 to 500 in late 2023, to 940 at end 2024, to 5,300 now. Match the two, and here is roughly how many people made what at $2T: - $110M to $400M each: ~300 to 500 people hired by 2023 - $200M to $300M each: ~440 to 640 hired in 2024 - $70M to $95M each: ~1,360 hired in 2025 - $10M to $20M each: ~3,000 hired in 2026 So about 940 people hired by the end of 2024 average nine figures. Everyone hired since averages eight figures. The 2024 class is the surprise. That year Anthropic granted 1.28B options at $1.30 a share. At $118, that one year of grants is worth about $133B. Then there is the tender. In April, holders could sell at $25.91 a share. Investors lined up $6B, but only $4.7B sold. Weeks later, Series H priced at $58.90 a share. At $2T, the people who held would be up 4.6x. And Dario and Daniela Amodei were among the sellers. The 7 founders have pledged 80% of their equity to charity. That is about $159B at $2T. But the S-1 says the pledges are not legally binding.

Most men don't die at 75. They die at 40 and get buried 35 years later. Same commute. Same couch. Same conversations. Same two vacations. “Successful” on paper. Bored out of thier fucking minds. Here's how it happens:

There are a lot of people winning at work and losing at life. They have the title, income, and house... but no energy, no relationship with their spouse, no time for their kids, and nothing to look forward to. If winning means losing your body, family, and sense of adventure, then you picked the wrong scoreboard.

“sir they’ve paid $100 for the Apple Developer account” “good. wait 2 days to confirm their account then reject the app 10 times over the next 20 days. if they make it through take a 30% cut of the revenue and pay them out 2 months later. ban them if they try using Stripe”

dude built a $200M+ surveillance platform by himself. AI-enabled warfare is really something else. God’s Eye lets you replay the entire U.S. military operation using LIVE data - this is Palantir level surveillance for FREE - AI agents grab public data (flights, traffic signals, shipping logs, satellite imagery) and rebuilt a 4D world view of the entire operation. - you can literally watch the GPS blackout, ground strikes and ship diversions play out in real-time - this was built by ONE guy and is FREE
God's eye view 24-hour replay of Operation Epic Fury. The Iran strikes kicked off and I set an AI agent swarm loose to record every OSINT signal I could find before the caches cleared. Built a full 4D reconstruction in WorldView. I can scrub through minute by minute and watch the whole thing unfold on a 3D globe: > Airspace clearing over Tehran > Ground strike coordinates locking in > Severe GPS interference blinding the region > EO and SAR satellites making passes over the strike zone > No-fly zones locking down 9 countries > Shipping fleets scrambling at the Strait of Hormuz It's pretty amazing how complete of a picture you can build without "proprietary data fusion" -- one dev with public signals and a love for computer graphics and geospatial intelligence. Thank you for all the love on my last post. Dropping WorldView in April. This my friends is just the beginning.

Created a Claude Code plugin that turns Claude into a senior SEO analyst. It connects to the Google Search Console API and runs a full audit. Traffic trends, CTR gap analysis, keyword cannibalization, striking distance keywords, disappeared pages, and title tag recommendations. No Ahrefs. No Semrush. No paid SEO tools. Just your own GSC data + Claude. The CTR gap analysis alone is worth it. It calculates exactly how many clicks you're leaving on the table for every keyword based on your position vs industry benchmarks. lmk if there's anything I should change or how it can be more useful. github.com/factive1/gsc-seo-…

Being "AI native" will mean a complete rebuild of the entire tech stack to run a business. Every tool. Every system. Every workflow. The companies that figure this out first will make everyone else look like they're still running on fax machines.

Everything you learn in the gym applies to life. -Reps are the only way to get better -Showing up over and over is the only hack that works -Losing the fear of failure is the only way to accomplish anything big -Do a little more every week and tiny wins build into something huge
This advice works for more than just working out. This is how you address life.

Meta can do what they want, but it should not be at the expense of your credit card or brand reputation. It should be integrated in the system for meta to use a 5% ad credit plus a 5% holdout group to test these things. It should be transparent and approved by the brand. Meta going about AI in a black box while the brands pay for it is just not right and Meta should be called out on this BS. If you’re sick of being the guinea pig speak out.
