Imagine picking up your life and moving to another country for no reason other than the fact that you find it too unsavory to admit that you already live in the greatest country in the world..... 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

This is not something that happened decades in the past…this was 3 years ago! A lot of crypto companies (and even individual crypto holders) got swallowed up in this mess not because they were doing something illegal but simply because the executive branch arbitrarily decided that they didn’t like the industry. That’s not how democracy is supposed to work! And of course, anyone who did quality research/reporting to prove that it was happening at the time (ie - @nic_carter, @CaitlinLong_ , etc) we’re treated like conspiracy theorists. This is why having a censorship resistant store of value/medium of exchange outside of the traditional banking system is critical. #BTC

No one at Porsche thought: “Hey maybe we shouldn’t release copy that calls our newest car ‘a glimpse into the future’ on the same day that Tesla is going to unveil a flying car.” ….not one…single…person. 💀💀💀
Mission S. Authentic. Consistent. Timeless. A glimpse into the future - shaped by our heritage. Mid-engine architecture. A focus on the driver and the driving experience. Call it a love letter.

I’ve come to the realization that every free & prosperous society will always have a contingent who is enamored with Socialism and feels like things would be better/more equitable if it were adopted. The irony then of Socialism is that the only places in the world where nobody wants it are the ones that have it.

I don’t need to make millions. I just need enough to pick up my kid at 1 PM on a random Wednesday, while the teachers look at me like thinking I’m either unemployed or a fucking drug dealer. Then grab an ice cream with her and walk down the beach while everyone else is still staring at the clock waiting to go home. That’s my definition of rich. Keep the Lambo. I want my fucking time.

Let the records clearly state that of the one market crash that has occurred in the past quarter century, Michael Bury has predicted 13 of them. 💀📉 PS - As an enormous “The Big Short” fanboy, this is very difficult for me to admit and joke about.
⚠️ Burry has called 12 crashes since 2009: $SPX is up 1,058%

Over the 4 days that have passed since I first saw it…I can’t stop thinking about this tweet. A perfect distillation of my thoughts on pretty much every major story in the news cycle right now….
Terrible time to have an appreciation of history and pattern recognition

The most difficult thing about having this condition is that on top of the people not changing their minds, they also try to tell you that you're autistic! 💀

I had always heard fellow Americans say that being in Tokyo felt like “living in the future”. I finally visited earlier this year and it didn’t feel like living in the future to me…it felt like being in a city that is clean & properly maintained, with functioning infrastructure and a culture of modesty, respect and conscientiousness. The fact that this feels so other worldly and “futuristic” to Americans is actually kind of depressing.
Realizations after returning to NYC from Tokyo: - New York is dirty & gross - New York is expensive for no reason - New York is a scam - New York lacks infrastructure - New Yorkers are rude & bad - New York is borderline uninhabitable - New Yorkers have Stockholm syndrome

And the most amazing part of it is that Tokyo has almost twice the population density of NY/LA and 3-4x any other US city. So comparing Tokyo to NYC isn’t even a fair comparison…you’d need to imagine what NYC would be with double the population and then compare that.

The AFC East has been something for the past quarter century. You’ve had a team with a 17 year playoff drought, a team with a 15 year <and counting> playoff drought and a team with three 5+ year playoff droughts. All of the regular season stats from the Brady/Belicheck dynasty should have an asterisk on them citing how shitty the rest of the division was!! 🤣😆🤭
Here are the three most recent NFL teams that failed to score more than 13 points in any of their first four games: -- 2026 Dolphins -- 2019 Dolphins -- 2004 Dolphins

🧐🛄 I’ve thought about this type of thing a lot while traveling. I love this idea as a passenger, but I think the math for the airlines ✈️ is more complicated. 🧳 Carry ons make TSA, boarding and deplaning miserable, but the passenger is doing almost all of the work. 💪🏼 They carry the bag through the airport, put it on the plane, take it off and the airline never has to process it. Make the first checked bag 💼 free and suddenly the airline has to sort, move, load, unload, transfer and potentially lose or damage a lot more bags. You also create longer bag drop lines, use more cargo space and probably encourage people to pack heavier. Charge $25 for a carry on and people will also immediately start pushing the definition of the free “personal item.” 👜 ->🎒->💼 That said, boarding would almost certainly be faster, gate checking would mostly disappear and the people who most value keeping a bag with them are probably the ones most willing to pay the $25 anyway. In fact, many of those same people probably have a “free checked bag” perk through frequent flyer status ⭐️ or a credit card 💳 that could simply become a free carry on perk instead. So the real airline calculation isn’t just whether faster, more predictable turns🛫🛬 would be better (clearly they would) but whether that improvement would outweigh the cost 💰of added labor, liability, baggage handling, cargo displacement and lost checked bag revenue. As a passenger though, I’m all for it! 🙋🏻‍♂️
Hot airline take: 1st checked bag should be free Carry-On luggage should be $25 People bringing on carry-on luggage is what makes everything horrible when boarding and departing. It slows everything down. There is never enough space. It forces people to block everyone to try and board early in their zone to get luggage space. It makes departing way slower. A bunch of people are forced to check the bags anyway. Backpacks and purses free. But charge for carry on luggage. It would make life so much smoother. I know everyone will be against this, but you know I’m right.

I sat my 7-year-old down and explained to him that dying industries (legacy media, academia, DNC politics) ride algorithmically driven cultural hysterias both because it’s the only way they can stay relevant and because their business models demand it. He looked up at me and with a tear in his eyes asked, ‘so, for the sake of the journos, the assistant professors, and Dem Politics Inc, we’re obligated to attest to the moral urgency of the hysteria and act completely emotionally dysregulated?’ ‘Yes,’ I answered him. ‘Yes, that’s right.’ And then we both sat quietly.
