Feminine hygiene products are a necessity – not a luxury. The health and well-being of our young women is more important than ever. That's why we are making our existing inventory of feminine hygiene products available to the public at 211 Meal Hubs across the city.

I was proud to meet online with the young women behind @femstrate, a movement for solving period poverty during COVID-19 & beyond. I am excited to work closely w. them to push for providing free period products to NYers who need them while our public schools remain closed.
