💸 The U.S. military has spent more than $47 billion on its war against Iran, over 25% higher than the Pentagon’s $37.5 billion estimate in July, according to internal War Department figures obtained by Reuters.
➤ The latest estimate includes more than $29 billion to replace expended munitions and over $6 billion to replace lost military equipment, including aircraft and drones.
➤ Notably, the figures do not clearly account for the potentially enormous cost of repairing U.S. military bases damaged by Iranian missile and drone attacks.

I just found out Coach Dale Brown passed away. He has treated me like family all the way back to 1992/93 with my UMASS team. We have stayed in touch religiously over the years. He was at just about every LSU game that I coached in that building including going to dinner the night before the game. Not only a great basketball coach but a good man. May he rest in peace
