So, even for the particle size w/ lowest CADR the CR Box in our office suite outperformed commercial HEPA air cleaners that deliver CADR = 300 cfm. 5/

Can't help but notice Vail's shift to off-mountain investments. ~$500 million a year in stock buybacks ~$80 million a quarter in dividends - My Epic Gear subscription service - New app and mobile ticket They went from building 18 lifts in 2022 to 5 in 2023 and plan only 3 in 2024

This is one example of three-cuing hurting kids.
Yesterday in a dyslexia therapy session, a student of mine looked towards the top of the page & said the most random word. I said “What were you looking at?” She said “I was looking for a picture clue.” I was livid and thought sleeping would help. I didn’t sleep. I’m still livid.

Think our kids are safe from the smoke because they are inside at school? @SuptDuran @MaryKaderaVA @BethanyZSutton @cdiaztorres240 @PriddyAPS @ReidForSchools Nope. Toxic PM2.5 fall in the 1-3 micron range. Many schools w/o MERV-13 filters = kids breathing "code red" pollution.

1. Sleep is the best legal performance enhancing drug on the planet. If you want better results fix your sleeping habits. 2. Form is more important than how much weight you lift. No one gives af about how much you lift. Leave your ego at the door.

The steady decline of twitter is undeniable and unfortunately is basically the only source of local news. What a mess.

Them: "What did you accomplish today?" Me: "Well, the 'f' in the f-string was INSIDE the quotes instead of outside. So that was like... two hours."

Schools often refuse to identify dyslexia & then have the nerve to be baffled why so many Ss in their district are struggling readers. Dyslexia affects: ~ 1 in 5 (Yale) ~ 8 million US Ss (Congress) > 44,000 TN Ss (TNDOE) You will not fix reading until you #SayDyslexia. Period.

And just like that. The music industry is forever changed. I recorded a verse, and had a trained AI model of Kanye replace my vocals. The results will blow your mind. Utterly incredible.

This is the kind of thing that is going to get people to wake up about AI.
Listen to this AI generated song featuring Drake & The Weeknd. It goes so damn hard. It's by "Ghostwriter977" on TikTok and it's blowing up on socials + streaming platforms. UMG, which controls around 1/3 of the global music market, has already asked streaming platforms to ban AI. A modern Napster moment. Will be fascinating to watch this all unfold in real-time.
