Ed è stato condannato a quattro mesi. E non per le tentate lesioni e il porto illegale di armi contestati dalla procura. Ma per “percosse”. Ma questo è un processo che va oltre le accuse. Perché il 22enne ha colpito due persone che indossavano un fazzoletto dell’Anpi. E lo ha fatto il 25 aprile, ai margini di Parco Schuster, punto d’arrivo del corteo organizzato per la Festa della Liberazione. Per questo motivo l’Associazione nazionale partigiani d’Italia ha chiesto di costituirsi parte civile.
