Former Valve dev Chet Faliszek has fired back at Epic CEO Tim Sweeney over his latest attacks on Steam.
Sweeney claims Valve is holding PC gaming back and criticizes Steam’s AI disclosure rules.
Faliszek argues that these disclosures help players make informed decisions:
“You’re just treating players like they’re stupid.”
He also points out that Epic’s own Fab marketplace uses AI disclosures.
And his response to Sweeney? Put Alan Wake 2 on Steam if you’re really that pro-consumer.

バイバイする時寂しいって伝えたら笑顔でいてねって言ってくれたら優しい青鬼さんのことが大好き。
そういえば青鬼さんお化け屋敷とかジェットコースターとか怖いものが苦手らしくて(デートの時に教えてくれた)ゲーム配信中もグロテスクなシーンは目を閉じて見ないようにしていたのも愛おしかったです。
