Why can't the Cowichan Tribe clean up after the Cowichan Tribe? Do we have to do everything for them?

China can do this because they have no labor unions, zero illegal immigration and ultra strict law and order in a state owned highly capitalist society, and they absolutely love how suicidal the western left is, which is why they play into it.

When my grandparents came here from Italy, nobody was kissing their asses trying to make them comfortable. There was no “press 2 for Italian.” No expectation that the cashier, bank teller, or guy at the DMV spoke Italian. And they sure as fck didn’t demand it. They learned English, worked their asses off, raised their families, and became proud Americans. They never forgot their roots, but they understood something we’ve apparently forgotten. They came to America. America didn’t come to them. Now expecting people to learn English is somehow controversial? Give me a friggin break. Be proud of your heritage. Speak whatever language you want at home. But don’t expect an entire country to adapt to you. My grandparents came here to become Americans, not to turn America into Italy. And I refuse to apologize for believing that still matters.

Keep in mind that what was expressed in Alberta on the 8 points for change that got majorities isn’t unique to Alberta. Many of them also get majority support in other regions. All are available for other provincial governments to pick up on if they decide to.

There's a large Vietnamese community in France 🇫🇷. Vietnam was a French colony that was ruled more directly and for longer than Algeria in many respects. Vietnamese kids top the French education rankings, have some of the lowest unemployment of any immigrant group, and somehow managed not to set Paris on fire. Weird how some use “colonial trauma” as a reason to succeed and others treat it as a reason to riot
American-Egyptian activist Eman Mabrouk celebrates the riots in France: ''I think burn it all down, stop sucking European Master's dicks, liberation isn't going to be pretty, it's going to cost blood, it's going to cost lives.'' Really cool how this third world bio-weapon somehow gets a piece of paper calling her American even as she agitates for race war against white people. 70,000 Instagram likes! Also really fucking cool that so-called ''Australian'' citizen Dr. Mo Mustafa - widely known as the "Beast from the Middle East'' - collaborated with her on this Instagram reel. He calls himself an Australian for the benefits of the passport while endorsing videos like this which call for explicit race war against Europeans. Western immigration policy has been a catastrophe for decades, how the fuck did these people get passports when they hate us this much.

A word of advice to the Pope. The walls around the Vatican were ordered by Pope Leo IV and finished around 852 after Muslim Arab raiders sacked St. Peter's Basilica. Do not lecture anyone on walls, immigration, war, or the virtues of Islam.

What’s so stupid about it. @davidakin from Global was showing some humility tonight. I hope that he’s sincere when he said this costly referendum was worth it when folks can exercise their right to vote. 1 in 4 neighbours who want a better relationship with Ottawa isn’t a bad thing. I think it’ll help strengthen democracy. Those other nine questions: I’m pleasantly surprised that Albertans gave some thought to those questions didn’t just blindly vote No To The Nine. Nope, they want change. Democracy won tonight. Albertans want to remain in Canada. I voted Option 2 but specifically for my voice to be heard. I want Alberta to remain but I want Ottawa to listen to the legitimate grievances. I’m good with the results. I’ll leave you with this Mr. Theriault. When I’m driving my Jeep and someone gives me the Jeep wave. I’m not thinking, did that guy vote option 1 or 2. Is he NDP or UCP. Nope, I wave back. Just a friendly gesture from 2 people. If life could be that simple every day, we’d be better off. All of us. But we won’t be. Why, because people on both sides are going to wake up with an axe to grind.

My concern is the incentive structure. When businesses can continually expand their labour supply, some face less pressure to improve compensation, train workers or invest in productivity-enhancing technology. That deserves serious scrutiny. The question I'd put to Ottawa is simple: If expanding the labour supply was supposed to strengthen Canada's economy, where are the sustained gains in productivity, real wages and living standards per person? Those are the measures by which immigration policy should be judged, rather than simply the number of workers entering the country.

As a retired police officer, I beg you to leave him be. Taking a life - no matter how fucked up a life it was - destroys many who have had to do so. He does not want fame, accolades or credit. He just wants his life back. He knows what he did to save lives, has also destroyed some. Let him have simple peace, as your thanks.

Carney's continual use of "dangerous and divided" was chosen because they saw the effectiveness of the covid fear-based messaging. Too many Canadians are paranoid and terrified of their own shadows, and think Daddy Government will save them from all harm.

Coal is British Columbia's number one export. Let me just say that again... In BC, which currently has an NDP government, coal is the province's single largest export. But Alberta suggests opening a single coal mine, and the NDP and environmental activists lose their minds.
Mining companies want to revive coal production in parts of Alberta where the industry shut down decades ago. Their projects are creating division in the region that is Canada's energy heartland. bloomberg.com/news/features/…
