If you tracked your nutrition as much as you track your steps you'd have far better results.

Your fitness journey wonโt always look impressive.
Some weeks, you'll get stronger.
Some weeks, you'll just maintain.
Some weeks, showing up will be the win.
Progress isn't always dramatic. Keep building.
What's one fitness habit you're proud of this week?

Beware of those who speak in absolutes rather than principles. When a person says that a certain exercise or way of doing something is ABSOLUTELY good or bad for you, most times what theyโre trying to do is to project their experience on that specific thing on you.
Experiment to find what works and stick to it.
One thing I notice on this platform is dudeโs are always trying to prove each other wrong or say this technique sucks or this diet/food sucks, etc
Hereโs all I gotta sayโฆ
If youโre getting results doing something, fuck what anyone else has to say and keep doing it
Thereโs a thousand ways to skin a cat as they say, especially in the fitness industry
If you wanna blast tren, blast some tren
If ya wanna run, run
If you wanna only use machines, use only machines
You're a grown ass man
Do whatever you enjoy doing and nothing else matters

I am convinced that 3 weightlifting sessions per week + 2 runs per week + 3 high protein meals daily + 8000 steps every day + 7 hours of quality sleep per night is the recipe for looking, feeling and performing at your best.

Are you going to move your fitness goals to January again?
Or you are ready to end the year hard?

Replying to @SarAllyce
Most people need to understand that after the beginner phase, somewhere between year 4 upwards, muscle growth slows down significantly and you have to be extremely consistent with the basics for a long time to build up a decent amount of muscle.

Is fitness exclusively weightlifting? NO!
But do you need weightlifting, YES!
Lifting weights will essentially help you build and preserve your muscle mass; the number one cue for either a better or worse old age experience.
Get to gym, lift some weights!
