In retrospect - that entire menu was racist. Scant knowledge of Asian cuisines, their individual qualities, regional specificities, ingredients. Slammed into a common Aussie protein & a traditional UK dessert they didn't even get right. #MKR

Don't even get me started that I did not see ANY kind of Asian seasoning at all in any of the dishes (aside from some fish sauce in the Nam Jim Jeaw - one presumes). It's not just about salt ffs.

Yeah I was gonna let the lamb pass "because fusion"... since chicken or pork is more common and lamb only features in Indian or Middle Eastern dishes. But it is a popular Australian protein. #MKR
