Get a better teach team which can atleast an app. The whole system is pathetic and the customer has to suffer no doubt the ratings on the Play Store and app store are declining. The whole brand name Airtel is a joke.
@airtelbank @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia One shitty app for all airtel options. I was unable to find out why my recently purchased Airtel Payment Bank FastTag is deactivated only to find out after 7 days my kyc has expired. There is no notification in the app. Just an error
Just an option something went wrong which tells the irony and the pathetic state of the airtel app and how the people behind the scenes are managing it. The customer should be notified about these issues. Stop the rolling out new features when the current features have so many..
@Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmBank What the hell is wrong with your FastTag. I ordered a FastTag in the month of July. Recharge option was not available bon the Paytm App. So I added some balance from the PhonePe App. Now the balance is not reflected in the Manage FastTag.
