Hard experience - what can we do? @hellojunoapp - work for a Paediatric app - pairing parents & paediatricians via text messaging. 80% didn’t then need to attend ED /GP/ ring 111. Every little bit improves flow for the rest. Not the only solution but part of solution.

I strongly recommend moving to @hello_pando for work related messaging - it’s hard because @WhatsApp is a bit more convenient but if you try and push all the work onto Pando it at least frees up the What’s app for memes, family chat and arranging the socials!
