PASSPORT FEE HIKE: LONG QUEUES AS PUBLIC RUSHES TO APPLY
Members of the public are queuing in large numbers at the Ministry of Labour and Home Affairs to apply for passports ahead of the new fees taking effect this Sunday, November 1.
Government announced the fee increases yesterday.
Under the revised schedule, an ordinary passport will cost P400, while a child’s passport will cost P200.
Emergency travel documents will cost P100, while replacing a lost, stolen or damaged e-passport will cost P2,000.
