He has no idea how despised United are by every other club. We're sick of their hubris and arrogance, sick of the overwhelming disproportionate number of ex player pundits infesting every network with their gatekeeping and mean spirited snide commentary and analysis.
This is a level of delusion I find baffling and is further evidence many journalists who cover United live in a red bubble.
It really is getting difficult to tell some journalists apart from the Youtube gobshites they look down on.

Trees are time machines! A single mature oak can absorb 48 pounds of CO2 annually, helping combat climate change. But did you know some bristlecone pines are over 5,000 years old, living links to the dawn of civilization?

Whether they like the Glazers or not, Unitedβs owners have overseen nearly Β£2B in player spending over the last decade, more than almost any club in the Premier League, including City and Chelsea.
The uncomfortable reality? If United were consistently winning trophies and competing at the very top, far fewer fans and pundits would be talking about the debt or infrastructure issues. Winning changes the conversation. But blaming the owners for everything risks overlooking the fact that, despite the money spent, the club has repeatedly failed to deliver on the pitch.

Didn't see any of the Arsenal game but it has brightened my day thinking of Arteta hopping about three miles out of his technical area as the Captain Pugwash theme tune blares out of tinny lower league speakers after Fleetwood's goal.
