I'm just out here being cringy.
So many are worried about looking “cringey”... You know what’s really cringey? Worrying about what other people think and letting the fear of losing keep you from trying in the first place. So many of you are so scared of being boo-ed that you never get started. Your embarrassment is your advantage. Whatever it is that you want to do, please don’t allow yourself to be at the mercy of other people’s opinions. You choose. You choose who you listen to. You choose who you are surrounding yourself with. You choose to believe in YOU. Why are you taking somebody else’s opinion about yourself greater than your opinion about yourself? If you take anything from this, know that you have to believe in yourself first.

One of my favourite ways to use AI at work is when I'm recording a loom video and I want to create a summary for a bug report. I just copy and paste the transcript into ChatGPT and tell it to provide me the summary in the format I wanted.

100% true Like I still have family members that haven’t even even touch AI they’ve heard of it, but they don’t use it
this is so true. talk to anyone outside the tech bubble and you'll realize most people have no idea what's happening with AI we're building with agents while most people haven't even touched chatgpt the gap is only getting bigger

AI is moving so fast, and there are always new updates coming out every single day. I just told Claude to make me a newsletter for myself and send me the update from the last 24-48 hours

Five years ago me, would have gotten it. Now I just still use my iPhone 14 Pro.
Have not even been tempted to purchase an iPhone Duo

It's still pretty cool how I can send a test email from Claude without leaving Claude.

Kind of the middle. I've unsubscribed from all newsletters, but then I still subscribe to other newsletters, so still the same amount.
Are you reading more or less newsletters than you were a year ago?

It feels so weird to type on a keyboard now. When I got so used to just clicking FN on my keyboard and I start talking, what I say turns to text.

Wait, there's no Face ID?
Update: within 24 hours I was desperate to be back on my 18 Pro. I wish they had just shipped a folding, pocketable iPad Mini.

He's right. I work in SaaS, and now I've started using Wispr Flow for a lot of things. I just can't go back to typing on the keyboard. That I had to pay $15 a month just to start using Wispr Flow when I was done with the free trial, because I missed it so much
It's crazy how something as simple as voice-to-text can completely change how you work

One of my favourite things about fall is when the leaves fall the crunchy sound they make when you step on them

Or just walk to a gym like me.
Going to the gym? 💪 Park your car far away so you can get some extra steps in. What you all think 🤔?

startups should recruit more like sports teams, not everyone can afford the best talent but anyone can scout raw talent with the right qualities and develop them into a players
