If you work, volunteer or spend time with people in your community, this free suicide prevention training can help you recognise when someone may need support, build confidence in having supportive conversations, and understand where to signpost for help.
The courses re being run by @ifucareshare in partnership with ourselves. Together, we can create safer, more supportive communities across County Durham.
Sessions are running until the end of the year online and in person
