A brand-new employee made a smashing start to her career at a Texas salon, as the glass sliding door she was closing exploded into hundreds of tiny pieces, leaving her client and other employees stunned.

if LA had NY-level subway it would be marauded day 1 by dangerous looking whites angling their laptops so you can see them writing what they pitched as "Sam Altman in The Christmas Carol"

That’s nice that You think that but letterboxd is a website so I’d never say something so absurd

Comrade Josh@comradejosh712h

Letterboxd is the good benevolent social media platform. It is my friend. It wants me to be happy.

It’s hard for me to take most critique of Letterboxd as a social platform seriously because it’s one of the only platforms that doesn’t actually use any recommendation algorithms. Your experience with it is entirely dependent on who/what you choose to interact with.

alex lei@alexL_E_IOct 25

always baffled by people complaining about having to suffer idiots on Letterboxd. unless i’m going out of my way, i only ever see things people i follow post. it’s one of the chillest social medias because of that

Comrade Josh@comradejosh7Oct 25

Let’s talk about Letterboxd as a mediated digital space reflective of Baudrillard’s hyperreality next (my favorite subject currently)! That’s largely what I was getting at with this tweet. Are you using the app….or is the app using you?

Googled him, saw he was leading a centrist party, then saw it was labelled as "Liberal Zionist" and that his son was killed in Gaza. Israel continues to be fucked.

What is the worst outfit someone wears in a movie? no like superhero costumes or intentionally stupid looking clothes, just like genuinely terrible fits
