Trump’s son secretly went on vacation with a Putin’s oligarch: The two went hunting together in Mongolia this August.
Donald Trump Jr. arrived in Mongolia accompanied by the U.S. Secret Service and Republican donor Kevin Small. Later, Umar Kremlev flew in from Kazakhstan to join him, accompanied by businessman Artur Martirosov.
As a reminder, Kremlev reportedly previously paid for Trump Jr.’s wedding in the Bahamas in secret.
And we wonder why Trump is pro-russian?!

🇺🇦🇷🇺 ZELENSKYY WARNS EUROPE: RUSSIA IS BUILDING AN ARMY THE CONTINENT IS NOT READY TO FIGHT
Volodymyr Zelenskyy has delivered a stark warning at the Hudson Institute: Europe cannot assume that Russia’s military ambitions will end at Ukraine’s borders.
According to the Ukrainian president, Russia already has an army of approximately two million personnel and intends to recruit another 300,000. He warned that not all of those additional forces are necessarily intended for the war in Ukraine.
“No country in Europe has an army ready for such a fight. I’m not talking about people, I’m talking about armies.”
That is why Zelenskyy argues that Ukraine should become part of NATO’s eastern flank. After years of fighting Russia, Ukraine has accumulated battlefield experience that he believes would strengthen Europe’s collective defence.
He also warned that Russia is already conducting hybrid warfare against European countries, pointing to drone incidents involving Romania, Poland, Moldova, Bulgaria and Germany. He cited an October 23 attack on a commercial vessel near Romania in the Black Sea as another example of the threat extending beyond Ukraine.
But his warning was not limited to Russian troops.
Zelenskyy claimed that Russia produces approximately 140 ballistic missiles every month and has accumulated a stockpile of around 700. He said roughly 70% of the components used in those missiles originate abroad, including from companies in Asia, Europe and the United States.
If those figures are accurate, they raise serious questions about the effectiveness of export controls and the international supply chains supporting Russia’s weapons production.
Then he turned to the human consequences.
Zelenskyy estimated that between 20,000 and 30,000 civilians were killed during Russia’s assault and occupation of Mariupol, while approximately 20,000 Ukrainian children have been deported or forcibly transferred to Russia. He also described how displacement has left millions of Ukrainians living outside their homeland.
He welcomed the return of 270 Ukrainians from Russian captivity but insisted that a comprehensive prisoner exchange remains essential. Some Ukrainians, he noted, have been imprisoned since Russia’s occupation of Crimea in 2014.
His broader argument was directed at European governments that still regard Russia primarily as Ukraine’s problem.
Zelenskyy believes that assumption is dangerous. In his assessment, Russia is preparing for a prolonged confrontation with Europe, while too many European countries remain militarily unprepared.
Ukraine’s president is asking NATO to recognize something he considers fundamental: defending Ukraine and defending Europe are increasingly inseparable strategic challenges.

Ukraine must hold maximalist demands and avoid Russia’s classic trap: making outrageous demands while refusing to compromise, forcing the other side to make concessions and give Russia more than it deserves. Russia doesn’t deserve to get anything

Trump and Putin are deeply mistaken if they think replacing Zelenskyy would change anything. Ukraine’s struggle for national survival reflects the will of millions and does not depend on any one man. This struggle will continue, regardless of who holds the office of the presidency. atlanticcouncil.org/blogs/uk…

“In the West, the myth that Russia always wins has successfully taken root. But things do not always go Russia’s way.
They lost the Crimean War. They lost the war against Japan. They came out of World War I with their tails between their legs.
They lost the invasion of Poland. They lost in Afghanistan. And they lost the Cold War.
So things can turn out completely differently.”

Only Trump can save Putin. Europe should have stepped up support and weapons production long ago, and with urgency as soon as Trump was reelected. Whatever they need to spend now to defend Ukraine is a pittance compared to what they would be forced to spend if Putin advances.
"Nor are Europeans quitting on Ukraine. Although Putin hoped that the withdrawal of American military and economic aid early in Trump’s second term would lead to a quick Ukrainian collapse or capitulation, he did not anticipate how willing and capable European countries would be in filling the American void."

I have got to be honest. I dont think we are anywhere near the end of the war in Ukraine.
Russia shows no signs of being willing to compromise or being reasonable or realistic. Now they apparently raise a demand that the rest of Eastern Europe have to leave NATO. And they still want to have all of Ukraine.
Europe is not going to abandon hundreds of millions of people in Eastern Europe to live under Russian tyranny again.
We are ten times stronger than Russia and we are not going to agree to such insane demands.
Russia is on the defensive in Ukraine. Over the past six months they have lost - not gained - territory. Their oil refineries are destroyed. Their economy is being crippled and there is no victory in sight for them. Compared to Europe they have a small population and a very small and not very advanced economy.
The only problem is that Russia does not understand this and continues to act like they can bully and threaten their way to dominance over a Europe that is so much stronger than them.
We want peace. Of course. Since the fall of the USSR we have shown no aggression to Russia but have only wanted to live as good and peaceful neighbours. There is literally nobody in Europe that wants war with Russia. It is a mindset that does not exist.
But we are not going to surrender to Russia's insane idea that their weak country has a right to rule half of Europe. As long they stick to that, there will be no settlement. So the war will probably continue for a long time which is a tragedy and a disaster.

" The Russians are beginning to understand that their army is not that strong, that their air defense systems are not that good, and that the Russian army is actually not capable of protecting the temporarily occupied Ukrainian territory.
This is not at all the second army in the world, and not even the fourth. And the reckoning will come.”
“The understanding that there will be retribution comes to people when they personally begin to see and feel that the war is not somewhere in some part of the world, but on their own territory. Therefore, the turning point has already begun.”
