THE GREATEST AMERICAN BETRAYAL OF ITS ALLIES IN HISTORY.
While Russia continues its war against Ukraine, the Trump administration is reportedly negotiating sweeping energy and business deals with Moscow.
Russian oil, diesel, Nord Stream gas pipelines, American investments, access to Russian airspace, and even arrangements involving Ukraine’s occupied Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant are reportedly on the table.
Let that sink in.
While Ukrainians fight and die defending their country, Washington is exploring opportunities to do business with the very country responsible for invading it.
President Zelenskyy has already warned that the United States is choosing the wrong side of history.
And he has every reason to be furious.
Europe and America’s traditional Western allies have every reason to be deeply alarmed. If these proposals become reality, the consequences for transatlantic trust, NATO unity, and America’s credibility could be enormous.
For decades, the United States presented itself as the leader of the free world, a defender of democracy, sovereignty, and international law.
Now, its administration appears increasingly willing to put business opportunities with Putin’s Russia ahead of the principles it once claimed to defend.
This is not just about Ukraine. It is about whether America’s allies can ever trust Washington again.
And the consequences of that betrayal could last for generations.

🚨🇺🇸 Have you noticed how often Donald Trump seems to trust Vladimir Putin more than America’s own intelligence community and NATO allies? I keep wondering why.
Maybe the question sounds unbelievable: is Trump a Russian asset? I avoided even asking it for a long time because I respect the choice of American voters. But right now, his alignment with Putin creates risks not only for Ukraine, but for NATO, Europe, and ultimately the United States itself.
🇺🇦 Ukraine is already feeling the consequences through problems with intelligence support and Starshield, while pressure on Russia has been weakened. Putin has always wanted a weaker, more divided West.
And then there is the history. Trump travelled to the Soviet Union in the 1980s, and soon afterward publicly criticized the cost of America defending its allies. Decades later, he still seems far more willing to trust Putin than many of those allies.
So maybe Ukraine is only one part of a much bigger test. We are the litmus test.

Armenia has ruled out returning to Russia’s military alliance.
Armenia already enjoys tariff-free trade with the EU on around 80% of goods.
We need to apply the same strategy to other countries bordering Russia
Single market access in exchange for reducing their dependence on Moscow.
We must defeat Russia in Ukraine, crash its economy, and integrate its neighbours into Europe.
With or without the US, this must be Europe’s objective.

Wow! U.S. Senator @ElissaSlotkin just said that Trump "wants Putin to win" the war with Ukraine this winter:
"I think this president in the past two weeks has laid bare that he's had this longstanding bromance with Putin. I think in the last two weeks it's become very clear he wants Putin to win this war this winter. And he's taking steps to allow them to sell oil and give them money again, to disrupt Starlink, to show the Ukrainians where his hand actually lies. I think that's a huge strategic mistake for the United States."

🇺🇸🇷🇺 Trump has been played.
Lavrov says the war in Ukraine will continue and is likely to escalate.
Trump is the only person alive on Earth who believes there will be a deal.
Trump has lifted sanctions and cut intelligence sharing with Ukraine for nothing.
He has given Moscow billions and delayed defence shipments to Ukraine, all for absolutely nothing.
An unprecedented foreign policy disaster.

This is utterly disgraceful. The only comparator would be the US doing a deal with Nazi Germany in 1942 to exploit oil reserves in the Russian Caucasus. Surely some Americans, even among Republicans, must object to actively helping their country’s enemies?

“We now live in a world where the President of the United States is not only willing but eager to negotiate with a war criminal Vladimir Putin. He doesn’t do this out of strategic necessity, but because he possesses the mind of a child who is easily manipulated, easily flattered, and dangerously blind to the consequences of his own vanity. Putin understands this all too well. The Russians and the FSB could fill book on how to twist and bend Trump and America to their will, feeding his insatiable narcissism with little more than a few well placed words.”
“This is the grim reality we face, a President who would sacrifice Europe, not for peace, not for diplomacy, but for the illusion of his own strength. He does not seek justice, but the appearance of it, playing the role of a dealmaker while in truth pandering and submitting to a war criminal who has slaughtered thousands, orchestrated atrocities, and drawn the unmitigated condemnation of the international community.”
“In less than a decade, Donald Trump has pushed America further from its allies than at any point in the past 80 years. He has trampled on the very principles that once defined the nation, dismantling alliances, sowing distrust, and degrading the global standing of the United States with reckless abandon.”
“Now, he is sending a message to every dictator, every autocrat, and every warmonger across the world that sovereignty is negotiable, that invasions can be legitimised, that war crimes can be excused if you simply know how to stroke the ego of this narcissist.”
“This is not strength. This is not strategy. This is idiocy on a biblical scale.”
